Call the Utah Public service and tell them that you don't want a pipeline to Eureka Utah.
If you live in Eureka Utah you must read the fine print! Dominion will charge you double the gas rate to pay for the pipeline from the road to your house at almost 10% interest for up to 20 years! you bill will be much higher then your propane bill. You must act not to stop this!
