He was, in a word, terrible. The Jets almost pulled it out after a critical coaching blunder by Dan Campbell. The Jets defense played an excellent game again, but bottom line is Jets are 7-7 with three games to go.

Mike recaps Thursday Night Football and says the 49ers are “just getting started” after cruising past the Seahawks. The Giants caught a break with Seattle's loss but have work to do to make the playoffs. And the Jets – who “have arrived” as a playoff contender, will take on the resurgent Lions on Sunday with Zach Wilson taking over for the injured Mike White. The Jets showed they can compete against the top teams, but they need to clean up some gameplay to get over the hump. The Giants looked out of sorts early on, but when the defense stiffened, the Giants nearly pulled off a win.  Overall, it was a frustrating tie that should have been a win.
