In 1966 a Canadian tourist visiting London, Reverend Ralph Hardy, took a photo that would become notorious as one of the greatest pieces of paranormal evidence ever captured. Despite consulting photographic experts and even Kodak themselves, it has never been proven to be a hoax. In 2017 global history was made when two, apparently pre-pubescent (judging by their voices), 25 year old investigators known as Kit and Rory deemed the Loch Ness Monster to be a real paranormal cryptid, giving it a double yes in their investigation. But there was a problem - how could Nessie be the only sea serpent in the British Isles when Kit and Rory grew up only around 200 miles away (as the crow flies) from Loch Ness? There are countless lakes, some larger and deeper than Loch Ness, dotted around Britain and Ireland. Well it turns out that Ireland has more than its fair share of aquatic legends. Perhaps the most famous of all is Muckie, a beast incredibly similar to Nessie and has been spotted on and off for decades in Killarney National Park. To find it will require tenacity, grit, and a not insubstantial amount of dynamite. Time for Rory and Kit to investigate.

You’ve seen it in countless cartoons and movies over the years - a cowboy or other thirsty character carrying two rods through he desert, the sticks seemingly magically have a mind of their own and point in the direction of water. Imagine the Super Bowl was interrupted by a UFO hovering over the stadium and Tom freaking Brady was the key witness to the FBI - it would be Christmas Day in the paranormal research community! In this, the Year of Luigi 2023 people believe that ghosts are completely immaterial; that they come and go without a trace. But that has not always been the case - for hundreds of years people have believed that ghosts and spirits can create a substance called ectoplasm. First made famous in pop culture by Ghostbusters in 1984; it appeared on movie screens around the world as green slime, but in reality it can be so much much more. On this week’s episode Kit and Rory explore it’s history, the disturbing victorian-era images of ectoplasm and, by the end, smear ectoplasm all over their faces. Obviously.

When music fans from Brazil log onto the internet to type ‘come to Brazil’ into comment sections all across the world-wide-web, the intended audience is the world’s most famous musical artists, and yet it seems someone else got the message - namely, alien greys piloting UFOs. In 1996 a UFO incident occurred in Varginha that would shock locals, reach news around the world, and become immortalised in a bloody big statue of a UFO erected in town.
