Today, when you notice that familiar resistance to feeling Love, don't force It... simply invite It in.  It's a light intention.  A gentle turning toward and recognizing.  And in the instant you remember to turn, you are immediately aware of It, as It. Love wasn't covering Its face, we were covering ours.  Let's take our hands down from over our eyes, and  look... feel.

Then we see thoughts, feelings, circumstances, and 'others' that mirror that Love back to us more clearly.  We see this body practicing Love, treating 'others' as it would want to be treated, singing, celebrating, feeling Go(o)d.  Today, before going into any room, first remember that everyone you see, everything you see, is only your own energy.  Act accordingly.  Take off your armor.  Smile.  Love.

Here’s a short meditation from Joel Goldsmith's book , 'The Altitude of Prayer'. 

"Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?”  Thought is not power: thought will not make a white hair black; thought will not turn disease into health; thought will not turn health into disease. But the Spirit of God in us reveals divine harmony where sin, disease, death, lack, and limitation appear to the human senses. 

When you can close your eyes and know no fear, and not seek for God to do something, see what happens as you settle down into an inner peace:

'Thank You, Father; I can abide in peace, for there is no other power. There are no powers to fear; there are no powers for You to do something about. You alone are power; You alone are presence. Your kingdom is established in me; Your grace is my sufficiency in all things. No longer do I seek You as a power; no longer do I accept the power of matter or of mind. 1. Close your eyes on the seeming ‘power’
2. Feel Love and open your eyes  as the only power.  

When you do this, you put the whole world on transparency mode and realize there's nothing here to need, and nothing here to fear.   Only God is here and It's omnipotent-- all power.  Constantly returning to this remembrance is praying without ceasing.  It's felt-faith.  It's answered prayer.

Change the quality of the moment, your conscious experience of that moment, by feeling Love.  It doesn't' matter what's happening, what you're looking at, who you're with, this Love is fully present and when you touch It, It touches you and changes everything.  Let It work on you.  Let It work through and AS you.  Let It be your world and It'll give you a new one. 

Notice that when you are fully aware of Love, It's often appearing as working out, a walk in nature, quality time with your kiddos, singing along to Go(o)d music, reading a Go(o)d book... and when you become aware of Love in a 'not so good' moment, It then begins appearing as you remembering God, reaching for that feeling, remembering your mantra, hearing your mantra, and the quality of that moment changes.  Destiny changes.  Keep feeling for Love.  Keep being Love.

Watch and listen to your mind.  Notice when it's doing what it does.  Notice its judgements, criticisms, projections, conclusions.  Don't react. Don't respond. Don't try to stop them.  Just notice.  And then notice what else is present.  Listen to the Silence that the thoughts are coming and going in.  Feel that Silence... Joy, Love... the Bliss of the Self.  When you feel this Bliss, It puts the thoughts on transparency mode (like your noise canceling headphones).  Now you're no longer hypnotized by thinking... It's not the only thing you can hear.  Now you can also hear the Silence!  You can feel the Thread.  And It feels good. Don't drop It.

Today's Practice:
Choose a song that points you to the present, always 'on', inner worshipping.  Allow it to get stuck in your head, tuning you to Joy,  replacing your thoughts, replacing the object of worship, replacing even you... leaving only This.  Live today as This atmosphere of worship.   

This is the song stuck in my head, on loop in my heart-- the Mahamantra ( at the  13:45 min mark is the rhythm I sing and chant in constantly).  There's places in India where this mantra has gone on non-stop for centuries.  People show up and sing in shifts!

Wherever you're singing, whatever you're singing, know that I Am (t)here, singing, too.  Worshipping, too.  Praising, too.  Loving, too.  Knowing that the lover, the loving, and the one loved are One.  We are that One Love.

Stay aware of the taste of God's Love during every seeming appearance, just as you could stay aware of the taste of the mouth itself while tasting your food.  No matter how bitter or sweet the flavor of the moment, it can't mask the Divine Sweetness of Love.  It can't make you forget your Self.  Take a mantra and keep it on your lips and tongue at all times, so that you may taste the Love you are constantly.  Taste and SEE.

Instead of avoiding or trying to cover the Silence by reaching for creature comforts today (idle chatter, unnecessary busyness, etc), reach for the Comforter in the Silence.  Sit in the big Quiet and feel for the Love inside.  Touching this place inside is the end of loneliness.  It's the end of fear.  It's the end of your perceived separation from God, from your Self.   Reach for the Comforter, and smile, and then go about your Sunday in and AS Love.

It's Now.  It's Presence.  And sometimes, we call it Friday,  and we allow ourselves to feel Go(o)d.  We allow ourselves to be our Self.  What people call 'that Friday feeling', that relaxation, that Peace, this Joy, is our truest Self... the present moment... NOW.  And we can feel It even on Monday, if we allow It. If we remember It. If we practice It.

Keep recognizing that It's not Friday... It just IS.  It's NOW, and we're collectively (in this time zone at least) calling it Friday.   It's always only this same Presence, no matter if you're in NYC or Tokyo.  You're just slapping labels and locations and ideas on the one Presence.  Enjoy your labels and concepts, enjoy weekends and new destinations, but always be in the conscious remembrance of what's actually (t)here.  Your Self, only this Love, seeming to temporarily appear as a weekend.

GIVE the Love you've been seeking from others, to others, by knowing that there are no others.  Feel It where you see the stranger, your child, your friend, your sister.  Know that where the stranger, child, friend, or sister is standing, only the Christ is.  Only Love.  Catch their eye, and for a moment know their Truth.  Feel Love inside while looking at them.  Feel Love inside and outside until the concepts of 'inside' and 'outside', 'you' and 'them' are dissolved... in Truth. In Love. No separation. No division.  No lack.  You'll still see 'you' and 'them', but you'll FEEL Love, the One and Only.  Feel This. Be This,  and heal the world.
