Chiro Hustle Podcast is a business, mindset, and marketing podcast for chiropractors who want more—from their practices, their profession, and themselves.

Hosted by James Chester and produced by Luke Millett, Chiro Hustle delivers real conversations with chiropractors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders who are actively building successful, principled practices. This is not theory or recycled advice. It’s practical insight from people who have done the work and continue to push chiropractic forward.

Each episode explores what it actually takes to succeed in today’s chiropractic landscape—practice growth, branding, leadership, systems, patient communication, and personal development. Just as important, Chiro Hustle tackles the mindset behind success: discipline, consistency, accountability, and the willingness to stand for chiropractic without apology.

The podcast respects chiropractic’s roots while addressing modern business realities. Whether you’re straight, mixer, cash-based, insurance-based, or somewhere in between, the mission is the same: help chiropractors build influence, impact, and long-term sustainability without compromising their values.

Guests share their wins, failures, and lessons learned—openly and honestly—so listeners can avoid common pitfalls and accelerate their own growth. Students, associates, and seasoned doctors alike will find perspective, motivation, and actionable ideas they can apply immediately.

Chiro Hustle is more than a podcast. It’s a mindset and a movement—encouraging chiropractors to take ownership of their outcomes, lead with integrity, and hustle with purpose.

If you’re serious about chiropractic and committed to building a practice that reflects your values and vision, this podcast is for you.

What happens when subluxation-centered chiropractic enters the conversation about human spaceflight?

In Episode 804 of Chiro Hustle Podcast, James Chester welcomes Dr. Haig John for a powerful exploration of chiropractic philosophy, adjusting mastery, and the profession’s potential role in extreme environments.

Dr. John shares how practicing on Florida’s Space Coast led him to advocate for chiropractic consideration in the care of astronauts, military aviators, veterans, and future space travelers. He recounts opening the 44th Space Development Conference before an audience that included astronauts, physicians, astrophysicists, and space-industry leaders—and watching chiropractic become a recurring point of discussion throughout the event.

James and Dr. John also examine innate intelligence, chiropractic’s spiritual foundation, the importance of preserving the word “subluxation,” and the danger of reducing the profession to mechanical pain management. They challenge students and doctors to treat adjusting as an art that demands deliberate practice, mentorship, and lifelong refinement.

Dr. John also explains how the Synapse Philosophy Podcast is preserving the Green Books through recorded readings and discussions for future generations.

This episode is a call to carry chiropractic into new frontiers while remaining firmly anchored to its philosophy, science, art, and sacred trust.

At 16, Dr. Shady Botros entered a chiropractic office after years of asthma, medication, hospital visits, and restricted breathing. A Reggie Gold lecture introduced him to the Big Idea, and his first chiropractic adjustment became the moment he calls “the day I took my first breath.” He left knowing he wanted to serve others through chiropractic.

In Episode 803, Dr. Botros joins James Chester to explore vitalism, subluxation-centered care, international chiropractic, and the non-negotiables that protect the profession’s identity. He shares the challenges chiropractors face in Egypt, where the profession lacks formal recognition and title protection, and discusses his vision for bringing chiropractors together to serve there.

Dr. Botros also explains why chiropractors should stop assuming medical doctors are the enemy. His Abundant Medical Referral approach teaches chiropractors to enter medical practices respectfully, communicate the body’s self-healing and self-regulating potential without diluting chiropractic, care for referrals effectively, and build relationships that can be repeated.

This conversation is a call to protect the Sacred Trust, create unity through honest dialogue, and put great ideas into action. Listen now and remember: the world cannot benefit from the chiropractic story you never tell.

One patient asked Dr Benjamin Fargus what he could do for a seriously degenerative joint.

He didn't have the complete answer.

So he went looking for it.

That question sent Dr Fargus into the research surrounding degenerative joint disease, biomechanics, tissue healing, exercise, nutrition, inflammation, metabolic health, and conservative joint care. What began with one patient eventually became a clinical system and an educational program being taught to other chiropractors.

In Episode 802 of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, James Chester and Dr Fargus challenge the assumption that terms such as arthritis, degeneration, and “bone on bone” automatically mean a patient's only remaining option is to wait for joint replacement.

They explore chiropractic adjustments, joint mobility and decompression, strengthening, blood-flow restriction training, nutrition, exercise, regenerative technologies, and the importance of evaluating every patient individually.

Fargus also addresses an important distinction: conservative care does not mean surgery is never appropriate. The goal is not to eliminate surgery. It is to understand what possibilities may exist before surgery becomes the automatic conclusion.

And for chiropractic students and doctors alike, his message is powerful:

Learn everything you can. Find great mentors. Get really, really good at one thing. Then keep building.

Sometimes the next chapter of your career begins when one patient asks a question you cannot yet answer.

A Guitar Hero game helped reveal Dr Josh Wheeler DC’s creative path.

When Josh’s father offered to replace the game with a real guitar, Josh began the difficult process of learning an actual instrument. That decision eventually shaped how he would educate, entertain, and communicate as a chiropractor.

Josh grew up in a chiropractic family, was checked shortly after birth, and considered careers in medicine, filmmaking, and music before choosing the profession for himself. Chiropractic aligned with his holistic worldview and his desire to serve people through conservative, cause-focused care.

In Episode 801 of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, Josh joins James Chester to discuss Songs I Wrote in Chiropractic College, performing music at chiropractic seminars, developing an authentic creative voice, and keeping passion alive throughout a long career.

He also shares how local-business collaborations helped Lookout Valley Chiropractic reach new audiences. One humorous video featuring Josh as a tortilla-chip specialist reportedly generated approximately one million Instagram views and several hundred thousand additional TikTok views.

Behind the humor is a principled message: keep the detection and correction of vertebral subluxation central, but do not be afraid to communicate chiropractic through your own personality.

The profession does not need more imitation.

It needs chiropractors with clarity, persistence, creativity, and the courage to make the chiropractic message memorable.

One adjustment can change a life. One adjustment may even change generations.

In milestone Episode 800 of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, James Chester sits down with Dr Paul Reed DC for a powerful conversation about subluxation, chiropractic philosophy, the adjustment, leadership, practice growth, mentorship, and preserving chiropractic for future generations.

Paul's own chiropractic story began when he received an adjustment as an eighth-grader. The experience was profound enough that he knew chiropractic was what he wanted to do with his life.

Today, the story has come full circle: Paul's son has graduated chiropractic school debt-free and opened his own practice.

That generational story leads to one of the most important questions in this episode:

Who is on your table today—and how far could that adjustment ultimately reach?

Paul and James discuss protecting chiropractic's distinct identity, keeping subluxation and philosophy alive, supporting the profession through your time, talent, or treasure, getting involved instead of merely complaining, and getting outside the four walls of your practice to become a genuine presence in your community.

Paul also reflects on 17 years of ChiroFEST and the extraordinary power of simply getting into the room. Speakers matter—but so do the conversations, meals, relationships, mentors, and unexpected connections that can alter the trajectory of a chiropractor's career.

Episode 800 is a call to chiropractors everywhere:

Honor the past. Own the philosophy. Deliver the adjustment. Build the relationships. Serve your community. Preserve the future.

You never know who is on your table.

What happens when a chiropractor realizes chiropractic is bigger than pain?

Dr Sondre Langli DC began his professional career as a physical therapist before discovering something different happening inside chiropractic offices. After experiencing chiropractic personally, he followed that calling to Australia, studied chiropractic, and eventually built his practice in Sweden.

But one patient would forever change his understanding of the profession.

A young man entered his office saying simply, “I’m sick.” His medical evaluations had not provided the answer he was looking for, his university life had unraveled, his relationship had ended, and he was self-medicating.

Dr Langli began checking and adjusting him.

Years later, the two unexpectedly met at a gym. That was when the former patient revealed that during the week of his first chiropractic visit he had been considering taking his own life.

He told Dr Langli:

“When you started to adjust me on Monday, I got my life back.”

That moment helped transform Dr Langli from a chiropractor working primarily inside a pain-based model into a chiropractor deeply committed to vitalistic, subluxation-centered chiropractic.

In Episode 799 of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, Dr Langli joins us from Sweden to discuss protecting the philosophy and language of chiropractic, the pressure facing vitalistic chiropractors in Europe, the importance of mentorship and leadership, why students need exposure to principled chiropractors, and why Chiro Europe became a place that felt like home.

If chiropractors do not tell the chiropractic story, someone else will define it for us.

Protect the philosophy.

Protect the adjustment.

Protect the language.

Teach the next generation.

And keep telling the story.

Dr Corey Malnikof DC went from opening his first Chiropractic practice, watching the dream collide with reality and essentially running out of money—to building an organization of 24 clinics and roughly 150 team members.

But ask Corey who deserves the credit and you'll hear something much more powerful than a business success story:

“They built me.”

In Chiro Hustle Podcast Episode 798, Corey shares how mentors, Chiropractic philosophy, relentless personal development, discipline and consistency transformed both the doctor and the practice.

After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Corey expected to open his doors and start changing the world. Instead, the patients didn't automatically come. What followed was the story behind The $4 Sandwich: financial struggle, humility and a decision to learn rather than quit.

Corey began studying successful businesses and successful people. Then he went to work—knocking doors, making calls, doing screenings and giving workshops.

His rule was simple:

If you don't have a patient, go get a patient.

One office became two. Two became four. Eventually, Corey found himself leading 24 clinics.

Yet this conversation isn't merely about scaling a business.

Corey and Jim Chester dive into vertebral subluxation, Innate Intelligence, the nervous system, Chiropractic philosophy, the importance of protecting the roots of the profession, mentorship, leadership, culture, burnout, family, personal growth and the responsibility every Chiropractor has to tell the Chiropractic story.

Corey also shares a question that has guided him whenever he reaches another ceiling:

Who do I need to become to handle the next step?

Because sometimes the obstacle between you and the next level isn't your practice.

It's the person you haven't become yet.

Find the mentors.

Learn the principles.

Do the uncomfortable work.

Tell the story.

Serve people.

And keep becoming the Chiropractor capable of carrying the mission.

What if the answer to a struggling chiropractic practice isn't another side hustle—but becoming a better chiropractor, communicator, business owner, and leader?

In Episode 797 of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, Dr Daniel Knowles DC challenges chiropractors to make chiropractic the main thing.

Knowles describes four stages of practice—Survival, Growth, Scaling, and Legacy—and explains why chiropractors get into trouble when they try to jump directly from struggling in Survival to displaying the lifestyle and opportunities associated with Legacy.

His message isn't anti-business or anti-entrepreneurship. It's about building from abundance instead of escaping from lack.

Before chasing the next product, therapy, business, social-media opportunity, or revenue stream, ask a harder question:

Have I actually learned how to build the chiropractic practice I said I wanted?

Dr Knowles shares the story of building his own practice while newly married and expecting his first child. Suddenly he had nine months to stop preparing and start producing. He and his wife built the practice, found a home, developed the business, and hired their first team member the week their son was born.

Years later, that son would leave a successful business career and choose chiropractic because he wanted something his previous career wasn't giving him: purpose.

This conversation dives into practice growth, community outreach, examinations and recommendations, developing teams, working with associates, Network Spinal, Mile High, three generations of chiropractic, and why Legacy is ultimately about creating more leaders.

For the chiropractor stuck at 25, 50, or 100 visits a week, Knowles keeps returning to one fundamental instruction:

Tell more people about chiropractic.

Don't hide.

Teach.

Communicate.

Serve.

Grow.

Lead.

And remember why you became a chiropractor in the first place.

In Episode 796 of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, James Chester welcomes Dr Matthew Loop DC back to the show for a powerful conversation about the chiropractic message, social media, AI search, personal branding, and the future of practice growth.

Dr Loop shares the story of how chiropractic first found him in an 11th-grade classroom. A chiropractor walked in with a spine model and explained the drugless, surgery-less profession that works with the body’s inherent recuperative power. That moment planted a seed that eventually led Dr Loop into chiropractic and into a life of helping doctors communicate their message to the world.

From early success using MySpace to bring new patients into his office, to helping thousands of doctors with social media strategy, to now teaching chiropractors how AI search and ChatGPT are changing patient discovery, Dr Loop brings a clear message: chiropractors must become findable, trusted, principled authority brands.

This episode dives into Facebook, Google reviews, Facebook reviews, organic content, paid advertising, personal story, AI search, AEO, chiropractic authority, and why subluxation-centered chiropractors must be willing to stand clearly for truth, health freedom, family health freedom, medical freedom, and the sacred trust.

The tools may change, but the mission has not. Tell the chiropractic story. Protect the principle. Reach more people.

In this episode of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, James Chester sits down with Dr Derrell Blackburn DC for a powerful conversation about chiropractic access, education, community outreach, and the responsibility to protect and share the chiropractic message.

Dr Blackburn shares how a simple suggestion from a chiropractor helped lead him into the profession, but his deeper purpose came from understanding how many people still lack awareness, access, and context when it comes to chiropractic, health, and quality of life.

As a faculty member at Parker University, Dr Blackburn discusses the school’s innovative blended hybrid chiropractic education model and how it can help make chiropractic school more accessible, affordable, and realistic for students from different walks of life.

He also shares the mission behind Community CORE Foundation, which stands for Community Outreach, Resources, and Empowerment. Through CORE, Dr Blackburn helps communities better understand vital signs, stress, blood pressure, blood glucose, oxygen saturation, and quality-of-life indicators so people can make more informed decisions.

This episode is grounded in chiropractic philosophy, the Sacred Trust, subluxation-centered principles, the chiropractic adjustment, and the belief that people deserve to be checked and adjusted regularly from first breath to last breath.

In Episode 794 of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, Dr Benjamin Page DC shares a principled conversation about chiropractic philosophy, subluxation, innate intelligence, bilingual chiropractic, nutrition, nature, and health responsibility.

A Palmer graduate, Dr Page explains why chiropractic philosophy pulled him away from the medical model and into a profession that honors the body’s ability to self-regulate and heal. He also shares his experience practicing in Argentina and serving Spanish-speaking communities through chiropractic.

The heart of this episode is the story of a woman with wounds on her feet and ankles who wanted to wear a dress and dance at her youngest son’s wedding. Through better nutrition, reduced toxicity, and natural support, Dr Page witnessed the body’s healing potential in a way that beautifully reflects the chiropractic principle: the body heals itself when interference is reduced and innate intelligence is supported.

This episode is a strong reminder that chiropractic is not symptom management. It is not medicine. It is a stand-alone profession built on correcting subluxation, restoring communication, and helping people take responsibility for their health.

In Episode 792 of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, James Chester welcomes Dr Trevor Colm DC for a powerful conversation about concussion recovery, brain function, subluxation-centered chiropractic, Cortex, research, and the future of the profession.

Dr Colm’s chiropractic story began after a major concussion while playing college lacrosse. His short-term memory was wiped out, brain fog took over, and he had to step away from school. After months with no real improvement, chiropractic entered the picture. One adjustment from the right chiropractor changed the trajectory of his life. His brain fog cleared, his memory returned, his health improved, and his purpose came into focus.

That experience created a lifelong question: why did one adjustment change everything?

In this episode, Dr Colm shares how that question led him into chiropractic, philosophy, neuroscience, and the development of Cortex — a robotic EEG-based technology designed to help chiropractors better measure and communicate the impact of the adjustment on the brain and nervous system.

James and Dr Colm discuss the perception gap in chiropractic, the importance of BJ Palmer’s Big Idea, the value of subluxation-based care, and why philosophy and evidence do not have to be divided. This episode is about making the unseen visible and helping the world understand that chiropractic is not just about pain. It is about the nervous system, adaptation, human potential, and life expression.

In Episode 791 of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, James Chester welcomes Dr Mark Sanna DC of Breakthrough Coaching for a powerful conversation about chiropractic’s strategic future.

Dr Sanna discusses the Chiropractic Future Strategic Plan, the profession’s need for unified direction, and the four major pillars of research, government relations, reimbursement, and technology. He explains why quality-of-life research, real-time chiropractic data, AI, EHR information, and reimbursement dashboards may help the profession speak with greater authority to legislators, insurers, policymakers, and the public.

The most powerful moment in the episode comes when Dr Sanna reflects on his father’s generation of chiropractors — including those who were jailed for practicing chiropractic — and contrasts that with today’s opportunity, where chiropractic leaders are being invited into national conversations about reimbursement, access, Medicare modernization, veterans’ care, and the future of health in America.

This is a principled, subluxation-centered conversation about courage, unity, the sacred trust, and the need for chiropractic to stand up in one of the most important windows of opportunity the profession has seen in decades.

In Episode 790 of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, James Chester sits down with Dr Janrai Gravely DC to talk about the journey from the soccer field to the chiropractic table.

Dr Gravely’s story began with pain, asthma, allergies, and a young athlete’s limited understanding of the body. After a severe back pain experience during a youth soccer tournament, and after his mother was introduced to chiropractic while dealing with chronic fatigue, Dr Gravely discovered something much bigger than symptom relief.

His chiropractor explained that the body heals itself and that chiropractic removes interference from the system.

That principle changed the course of his life.

In this episode, Dr Gravely shares how chiropractic helped shape his future, why he chose Parker University, how soccer and discipline influenced his practice mindset, and why returning to the fundamentals matters for every chiropractor.

He also breaks down how he organically built strong personal injury and auto case relationships by networking, listening to attorneys, being reliable with documentation, and building a practice rooted in trust.

This episode is about chiropractic principle, practice growth, mentorship, discipline, and the responsibility to keep sharpening the blade.

In Episode 782 of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, James Chester welcomes Dr Brienna Levin DC, a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate practicing in Germany.

Dr Levin grew up in chiropractic, with both parents serving as chiropractors, and she saw early that the body has an incredible ability to heal when interference is removed. Her journey took her from Arizona to Iowa, Hawaii, and ultimately Germany, where she now practices in a philosophically grounded chiropractic setting.

This episode explores her chiropractic calling, the importance of becoming an excellent adjuster, the need for strong philosophy, and why chiropractors must learn to communicate clearly with people outside the chiropractic bubble.

Dr Levin also shares practical guidance on Instagram and social media, explaining how chiropractors can stop using online platforms like billboards and start using them to build trust, educate communities, and become the go-to chiropractor in their area.

The most powerful story in this episode centers on a mother who was afraid to hold her daughter because of blackouts, dizziness, fainting spells, and migraines. After beginning chiropractic care, she reported that the blackouts stopped, her migraines were almost completely gone, her energy improved, and she could hold her child without fear.

Dr Levin brings the conversation back to principle: the chiropractor does not heal the body. The body heals through innate intelligence. The chiropractor removes interference.

Bharon is not a chiropractor, but his life, family, and mission have become deeply rooted in chiropractic. From working as a public relations chiropractic assistant, to growing clinics, consulting doctors, leading a state association, and founding One Chiropractic, Bharon has spent decades defending the identity and future of the profession.

This episode is a direct, principled conversation about subluxation-centered chiropractic, the power of the adjustment, the danger of drug expansion, global scope battles, x-ray rights, pediatric adjusting, student debt, reimbursement, research, access, and why the profession must organize around a clear message.

Bharon’s challenge is simple: do not give up. Choose hope. Fall back in love with chiropractic. Tell the story. Defend the adjustment. Move in one direction.

Dr Daryn Weise DC joins Chiro Hustle from Barcelona, Spain, where he has practiced chiropractic for 17 years after graduating from Palmer.

This episode is anchored around one powerful story: when Dr Weise first began practicing in Spain, he did not speak the language. That meant he had to “speak with his hands.” His adjusting had to communicate what his words could not.

From that foundation, Dr Weise shares a principled and performance-driven conversation about chiropractic mastery, subluxation-centered practice, Ironman discipline, and the importance of training your hands, your body, and your life for the mission ahead.

He discusses building a practice overseas, completing 13 Ironman races and 13 half Ironman races, recovering after a motorcycle accident and reconstructed ankle, preparing for Kona, and teaching through Sports Chiropractic Academy.

This episode is a strong reminder that chiropractic is more than symptom care. The adjustment matters. The nervous system matters. The principle matters. And if chiropractors want to serve people well for the long haul, they must be prepared physically, philosophically, and technically.

In Episode 779 of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, James Chester welcomes Vivienne Reign, a non-DC chiropractic advocate, marketer, and entrepreneur who has helped chiropractic offices become more visible, more strategic, and more successful.

Vivienne’s mission was shaped by a deeply personal story. While she was learning what chiropractic could do for people struggling with serious health challenges, she was also watching her stepfather suffer through severe neuropathy complications. After burning his feet because he could not feel them, he developed wounds that would not heal. His journey led to hospitalization, amputation, and ultimately death.

That experience made Vivienne “unreasonable” about one thing: the world needs chiropractic, and chiropractors have a responsibility to become known.

James and Vivienne discuss chiropractic marketing, niche messaging, patient pain points, neuropathy, incontinence, cash practice, patient responsibility, superbills, and the future of chiropractic in a changing health care landscape.

This episode is a powerful reminder that principled chiropractic does not need to hide from marketing. When done correctly, marketing becomes a bridge between the suffering person and the subluxation-centered care they may not yet know they need.

In Episode 778 of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, James Chester welcomes Dr. Mary Nochimson DC for a principled and family-centered conversation about chiropractic, children, subluxation, craniosacral care, somato emotional release, and the power of helping people understand the body’s innate ability to heal.

Dr. Mary shares her unconventional path into chiropractic and explains why trust, conversation, and education are essential in natural health care. She discusses her children’s books, including a chiropractic story that helps families understand subluxation and a hypnotherapy bedtime story that uses affirmations and guided relaxation to help children feel calm, worthy, and capable.

The heart of this episode is the reminder that children deserve to be included in the conversation about their care. When families understand chiropractic, the adjustment becomes more than a procedure. It becomes part of a larger story about the nervous system, healing, and life expression.

This episode also explores finding the right chiropractor, building professional referral networks, and remembering that chiropractic is not simply about pain. It is about removing interference, honoring innate intelligence, and helping families live better connected lives.

The episode also highlights Chiro for Kenya, a mission effort bringing chiropractic care and the message of the doctor within to people who are ready to receive it. Dr. Troyer describes how the adjustment transcends language, money, and insurance systems when delivered with specificity, intent, and love.

In Episode 775 of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, James Chester welcomes Darryl Bosshardt from Redmond Real Salt for a conversation about natural salt, hydration, minerals, family legacy, and vitality.

Darryl shares the powerful story of how his family’s farm in Central Utah became the source of Redmond Real Salt. After World War II and during a devastating drought in the 1950s, his grandfather and great-uncle turned to the ancient salt deposit beneath their land. What started as a way to survive became a nationally recognized natural salt brand.

This episode explores why salt is not just salt, why water alone is not the complete hydration story, and why minerals matter for the body’s electrical function. James connects the conversation to chiropractic principles of vitality, subluxation, innate intelligence, and the body’s natural design.

Listeners will also hear the story behind Re-Lyte electrolytes and learn the three key questions Darryl recommends asking when choosing a quality salt: Who produced it? Where did it come from? What was done to it?

In this episode of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, James Chester welcomes Dr Heidi Haavik DC for a powerful conversation on chiropractic neuroscience, subluxation, and the brain-body connection.

Dr Haavik explains how modern research is helping the profession better understand what chiropractors have seen for generations: the adjustment can affect far more than pain. From brain awareness and movement control to sensory processing, resilience, and whole-body function, this conversation brings chiropractic philosophy and current neuroscience into alignment.

The most powerful thread in this episode is the idea that patient stories now have a stronger scientific explanation. Chiropractic is not simply about tissue damage, pain, or a compressed nerve root. Dr Haavik explains a brain-based model of subluxation where altered communication from the spine can change how the brain interprets and coordinates the body.

This episode is a must-listen for chiropractors, students, and anyone who wants to better communicate the value of principled chiropractic care.

In this episode of the Chiro Hustle Podcast, James Chester welcomes Dr Eddie Weller DC for a powerful conversation about faith, hope, subluxation, objective analysis, thermography, chiropractic education, and the future of the profession.

Dr. Weller shares a deeply moving story about caring for a critically ill man near the end of life. He prayed with him, analyzed him, adjusted him specifically, allowed him to rest, and checked him again. The man passed away later that evening, but Dr. Weller explains why chiropractic still fulfilled its purpose: the correction of subluxation so life can express as fully as matter allows.

This episode challenges chiropractors to stop defining the profession by symptoms, modalities, manipulation, or treatment language. Dr. Weller calls the profession back to its foundation: the relationship between the spine, the nervous system, innate intelligence, and vertebral subluxation.

James and Dr. Weller also discuss thermography as a chiropractic gauge, student mentorship, green books, principled communication, gratitude, and the need to hold the line for chiropractic truth.

In this episode of Chiro Hustle Podcast, James Chester welcomes Dr John Maltby DC for a powerful conversation about nearly 48 years in practice, the adjustment, Palmer College, chiropractic philosophy, and the global mission of chiropractic.

Dr Maltby shares the story of how chiropractic changed his life after serious illness interrupted his path as an athlete. After being introduced to chiropractic and receiving care, his health improved, his athletic future reopened, and his life direction shifted toward becoming a chiropractor.

This conversation is a strong reminder that chiropractic is not just something we talk about. It is something we deliver through the correction of subluxation. Dr Maltby challenges students and doctors to become excellent adjusters, to connect philosophy with objective results, and to never lose sight of what makes chiropractic distinct.

The episode also dives into global chiropractic access, including the work being done to open doors for chiropractic education and practice around the world. Dr Maltby shares the sobering reality that in some countries, chiropractors may still face arrest simply for practicing. His message is clear: all people, all ages, and all nations deserve access to chiropractic care.

Dr. Rosemary Batanjski returns to the Chiro Hustle Podcast for Episode 768, eight years after her first appearance on the show.

In this powerful conversation, Dr. Batanjski shares how a life-threatening genetic condition and open-heart surgery forced her to step away from full-time adjusting and rethink her identity as a chiropractor. Rather than leaving the profession, she found a new way to serve by leading, mentoring, building systems, improving communication, and helping other chiropractors create more freedom in practice.

This episode explores chiropractic identity, mentorship, communication, practice ownership, leadership, business systems, and the importance of building a genuine “sticky community” inside the profession.

Dr. Batanjski also discusses the Chiro Freedom Formula and ChiroFlix, two projects designed to help chiropractors build stronger practices, train better teams, and access chiropractic education in a more flexible and modern way.

At the heart of the conversation is one powerful idea: poor communication is a subluxation of practice growth.

This is a must-listen episode for chiropractors, students, practice owners, associates, and anyone who wants to stay principled, subluxation-centered, and committed to building a life and practice with purpose, impact, and freedom.
