Kyle started his career as a Navy Corpsman during Desert Shield and he provided both medical and survival training for Navy pilots. Also, he supported several missions as a rescue diver/survival swimmer. After leaving the military he started receiving chiropractic care to help recover from a back injury that he received while in the military. He has worked in the medical field for over 20 years in Cardiac Cath Labs helping patients recover from heart attacks. Realizing that true healing comes from the body, he quit his job as an IT consultant in Manhattan to pursue his passion for helping people. That is why he wants to serve you by being your top notch chiropractor.

Dr. Cindy M. Howard is a Board Certified Chiropractic Internist and Nutritionist in private practice and the owner of Innovative Health & Wellness Center in Orland Park, Illinois and also holds a license in the state of Florida. She owns DC consulting; assisting private practices improve their communication skills and improving patient adherence while building a better functional medicine and nutritional practice.

For the last 12 years she has served as the Illinois delegate for the American Chiropractic Association and as the alternate for 6 years prior to that. She was the ACA recipient of the Flynn/Lynch award in 2015 for outstanding service.

She is a past president of the ACA Council on Diagnosis and Internal Disorders and currently serves as the Vice President of the College of Pharmacology and Toxicology. She also serves on the medical advisory board for Fullscript, the Functional Medicine University, and is the chief medical officer for Inguardia Health. Dr. Howard is an associate editor of The Original Internist and a regular contributor for the Illinois Chiropractic Society online newsletter.

She speaks nationally, presenting on topics including Pre and Post Concussion Nutrition, Headaches, Sexual Health, Male and Female Pelvic Disorders, GI Disorders, Nutritional Blood Analysis Interpretation and Genetics.

Her first book, Positively Altered, is due out in September of 2023.

Dr. Jay Johannsen has been in the business of taking care of people since 1993 when he graduated from massage therapy school while completing undergraduate studies. With nearly 30 years of experience and delivering over $5,000-$15,000 per month of free care in his clinic, he knows giving firsthand. As a young adult spending six months living homelessly, Dr. Johannsen can empathize and sympathize with those in need. Dr Kris Harm has over 25 years of experience, he has impacted the lives of countless people through his profound knowledge and understanding of chiropractic.

He has published a book about health and is doing 1-on-1 coaching for chiropractors and other health professionals.

Dr Kris also supports and mentors a large group of chiropractic students in the UK, where Chiropractic philosophy is the main subject.

He was also voted “DC of the Year” by the United Chiropractic Association in November 2022.

From a young age, Dr Kris knew he wanted to help change the world through chiropractic.

Initially interested in teaching in the physical education field, his focus shifted to physiology after meeting a successful physiologist and taking a liking to his story.

Displaying an interest in human anatomy for as long as he can remember, Dr Kris realized after several gymnastics-induced injuries that his real passion was in how the body heals.

One of his gymnastic coaches was a Chiropractor. Dr Kris came to his clinic with one of his more severe injuries, and he managed to help him out much quicker than anybody else had done before him.

“He knew there and then”, Chiropractic was his calling.

Dr Kris finds great joy in studying philosophy and nutrition, traveling, and maintaining physical and mental fitness through exercise and meditation when he is not busy with clients and running the business.

Dr Kris’s love of learning and travel allows him to enjoy exploring new cultures. He is Sweden-born and has been living in London for the last 25 years. Dr Kris speaks three languages, Swedish, German, and English, and is also a member of the Royal Chiropractic College and the Royal Society of Medicine.

In addition to these acknowledgments, he was a successful competitive gymnast until his late teens and was also enrolled in the Swedish army as a paramedic.

I started seeing a chiropractor when I was a teenager. I went in because I had pain right between my shoulder blades. It seemed to help. In fact, I was so impressed that I decided to go to chiropractic school. Sitting in school, spending hours pouring over books had caused my back pain to return – bad.

That’s when I was introduced to The Pettibon System ™. I dove into learning all I could about correcting the structure of the spine. Dr. Pettibon quickly became a mentor and friend. I took his courses over and over until I began to teach them. After graduating, I practiced in my hometown just outside Chicago.

After almost 2 years, I was invited by Dr. Pettibon to come to Gig Harbor to run a practice for him. It was an opportunity of a lifetime. We moved here in 2003. We are active with the Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce and are active supporters of many local charities.

Chiropractic found Naota Hashimoto, DC, after a head-on collision and 6-months of physical therapy. A family friend referred him to his first chiropractor when he was still in constant pain despite 6-months of medications and physical therapy.

Dr. Timothy R. Noble has been a licensed chiropractor by the State of California since 1987 and he graduated Magna Cum Laud in 1986 at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. He has his bachelor Science in Biology. He is licensed Radiology Operator and Supervisor and a Diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Noble is certified in Manipulation Under Joint Anesthesia. He became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician in 1998 (1 year program) and then became a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians in 2004. There are approximately 60,000 chiropractors in the country but there are less than 200 that are part of this elite group of chiropractors that are boarded in sports medicine. He is a member of NSCA and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Dr. Noble was a member of the Southern California University of Health Sciences Board of Regents it was a member of the executive board.

Professional affiliations include being a member of the American Chiropractic Association, California Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, National Strength and Conditioning Association and the American College of Sports Medicine.

He was the team doctor for Canyon High School in Anaheim Hills, California for 20 years. He has been an active member of ProSport Chiropractic for over 20 years and volunteers his time to provide medical support for rodeo athletes for the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association. I'm Kristen O’Dell, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with almost 20 years of experience working with newborns and their families in the NICU and Well Baby Nursery.

I have taken care of over 10,000 infants, and attended to more than 5000 deliveries, many of those c/sections, and I have helped an estimated 8,000+ moms/babies get through those first crucial days of breastfeeding.

I specialize in the first month of life but also have expertise in pregnancy, labor, breastfeeding, and the first year of an infant’s life. While Ivy League educated and trained in Western medicine (at Columbia University) and currently working in a hospital, I take an integrative holistic approach to wellness and really listen to my patients. I'm also a former ACE Certified Health Coach and have a certificate in legal nurse consulting.

On a personal note, my husband, Jay, and I have 3 young boys and we live in the Hudson Valley, NY.

We own a small seasonal motel that caters to Appalachian trail hikers and you can often find us enjoying sweet treats at our Ice Cream Shoppe in Highland Falls, NY.

My hobbies include knitting, stand-up paddleboarding, lake life, hiking, and going to the beach.

Chiropractor Howie was born in Iowa where he attended both the University of Iowa and Palmer College of Chiropractic; receiving his bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa in 1998 and his doctorate in chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2002. He belongs to the Delta Sigma Chi Chiropractic fraternity, a member of the Chiropractic Trust, which is an international chiropractic organization, the Garden State Chiropractic Society, the Georgia Council of Chiropractic, and other chiropractically based organizations. Dr. Bill Bazin has been a chiropractor for more than 37 years. He is a 1985 graduate of the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. A lifelong athlete, Dr. Bazin was captain of the Palmer College rugby team and was able to compete against nationally ranked teams while playing for Palmer. He also played on the Palmer College hockey team and enjoys running, biking, and being outdoors. He also finds time in his busy schedule to serve as the team chiropractor for several hockey and lacrosse teams and has also served as chiropractor for the rock group The Eagles and The Gloria Estefan Band. He is currently the Massachusetts Representative Assembly chair for the International Chiropractic Association, serves on the board of the Massachusetts Chiropractic Society, and is the National Treasurer for the Pi Kappa Chi Professional Fraternity.

Dr. Bazin’s passion for chiropractic began as an infant when he got his first adjustment from his father, Dr. Roland Bazin. The senior Dr. Bazin was inspired to become a chiropractor when his daughter Donna’s life was saved by a chiropractor, who adjusted her and enabled her to recover from injuries sustained as the result of a vaccine reaction. Now, Dr. Bill Bazin spreads the word of chiropractic by teaching his patients the importance of living with a healthy, interference-free spine. Dr. Bazin met his wife Liz while attending college in Iowa. They have been married since 1987 and have 3 children, Alex, Brian, and Camryn.

Dr. Ryan grew up surrounded by a chiropractic family. He is a second-generation chiropractor and one of 16 within two generations. Although he grew up with the chiropractic philosophy, it was an accident at the age of 16 that changed his perception. He was on a traveling ice hockey team when he was cross-checked in the lower back, fracturing his L5 on the right side. This type of injury never actually heals. His options were limited and he chose chiropractic management over surgery.

Dr. Ryan’s mindset about chiropractic shifted from thinking it just helped to improve posture to seeing how it could be therapeutic and relieve pain. His original goal was pain relief and sports chiropractic but grew as he saw the further health impact of chiropractic.

Over the past 16 years, he and his wife, Denise Dopps DC have established one of the busiest practices in Kansas, become a regular speaker at Dynamic Essentials, is the representative for the State of Kansas of the International Chiropractors Association, is an ICA Ambassador to China and has taught the chiropractic philosophy all over the world.

I grew up in a small town in South Dakota. After High School, I went to college and studied Biology, Psychology, and Exercise Physiology. After my University, I went on to chiropractic college at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA.  

I’ve practiced my first 6 years throughout the United States and now serving people in the Netherlands for the past 6 years. The Netherlands currently has around 450 chiropractors for the entire country of a population of around 17-18 million people. Chiropractic is still in the beginning stage of its growth in this country.  

I practice with idealistic optimism and am constantly challenging the belief systems people create and the mental constructs they have in order to best serve and support my clients. Through my own healing process, I’ve developed Center Point Meditation as a means to do this in the best way possible.  

Recently I started the Intuitive Mind Solutions platform where we support other entrepreneurs and their programs that are helping people improve their quality of life. Our vision is that we can create massive change in the world if we learn to work together in a way that has never been done before.

Charlie Engle is a global ultra-endurance athlete and founder of the 5.8 Global Adventure Series, one of the most ambitious expeditions in modern history, trekking from the lowest to the highest points on all seven continents. As a young adult, Dr. Chris suffered frequent migraine headaches, low back pain, stomach pains, and numbness in his left hand that interfered with daily activities. After several medications had failed, he finally saw a Chiropractor. As he was walking out of the Chiropractor’s office, his numbness and tingling in his left hand went away and his low back felt relief for the 1st time in years. After a couple months of Chiropractic care, his migraine headaches and stomach pains became a thing of the past. Dr. Craig Pearson was born in Port Elizabeth, on the southeast coast of South Africa. He attended high school at Woodridge College, graduating in 1983. Following graduation, he traveled to New Zealand for a year on Rotary Youth Exchange. Returning to South Africa he attended the University of Port Elizabeth and graduated in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Chemistry and Biochemistry. In 1988, he completed an honors degree in Organic Chemistry.

Dr. Pearson served in the South African Air Force for two years, attaining the rank of 1st Lieutenant.

Following three years in the workforce as a chemist, Dr. Pearson moved to Davenport, Iowa to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic. He graduated with a doctorate in chiropractic, magna cum laude, in 1997. He is a member of Pi Tau Delta chiropractic academic fraternity.

Dr. Pearson has an advanced certification in Whiplash Trauma from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego and uses chiropractic techniques taught at Palmer College, however, there is an emphasis on Sacro-Occipital Technic™– SOT® taught by Sacro-Occipital Research Society International, SORSI. Dr. Pearson was President of SORSI in 2013, and is now a Certified Craniopath (CC.)

Dr. Pearson loves animals and respects their inherent intelligence. He became certified with the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA.) In his early years of practice, he adjusted horses and dogs. He no longer maintains a separate license in Colorado. His English bull terrier, Yezi, has joined him at the office every day for the last 11 years.

Dr. Pearson has served on the Colorado Chiropractic Association (CCA) board 10 of the past 14 years, more recently a 6-year stint, covering positions from District Director to Board President in 2021. During that time he has received multiple CCA awards, including Chiropractor of the Year (2020) and Committee Member of the Year (2022) as Chair of the Legislative Committee. Dr. Pearson is no longer on the board of the CCA, but will continue to serve as the Chair of CCA’s Legislative Committee working with local legislators to improve the position of chiropractic in the state.

Dr. Pearson is now a U.S. citizen and he and his wife of 26 years, Claire, have made Boulder County their home. Dr. Pearson has practiced in Boulder since 1997.

Dr. Pearson has been an active member of the Boulder Valley Rotary Club since 1998 and served two terms on the Board and as President in the Rotary year 2015/16. He received the Rotarian of the Year award in 2002. During his time with Rotary, Dr. Pearson has presented on the failure of the 'eradicate polio' campaign and why it should be stopped.

Dr. Pearson has also presented on ‘Thyroid health and Chiropractic’ in the US and UK.

Dr. Austin Davis was born on September 18, Chiropractic founders day. He was raised at the Dynamic Essentials seminar and learned from the all-time greats of Chiropractic, Williams, Sigafoose, Santo, Gold, Humber, Thompson, etc. in 2011 he graduated LCCW and created Life Chiropractic in San Francisco, one of the highest volume offices in the Bay Area for over a decade. Dr. Davis is now living in Missoula, Montana and enjoying the Big Sky life while building his new practice.
