After some deliberation and talking to some industry and real estate professionals we decided to start dropping episodes.   Through our own trials and tribulations and picking some of the best brains in the hunting industry, we're hoping the IBAF series can give you the tools you need to buy the property of your dreams.  Episodes will drop every other Thursday at 6PM EST. Shawn was previously on a podcast and was prepping for a Montana Mule Deer hunt, but was having some rest and release issues prior to the trip. The guys discussed their season, struggles, growing up hunting with their dads, and their relationships are today!

Jared and Jeremy brought Erich Long and Cody Altizer onto the HUNTR Podcast for the 50th episode! Eric Long is the owner of Drumming Log Wildlife Management and an agent for Mossy Oak Properties. Cody Altizer is a filmmaker within the hunting and conservation industry. Together they are are the co-founders of the Dear Hunter Project. In this podcast, the guys discussed various topics surrounding managing the deer and hunter populations, challenges of being a hunter, and setting acceptable goals for ourselves as hunters.

This week on the HUNTR Podcast, Jared and Jeremy brought back Jeff Sturgis of Whitetail Habitat Solutions to see how his season has gone and to get thoughts stirring for next year! Jeff, who likely sees more properties in a year's time than anybody else, talks about what to instill in your property for great quick habitat, his season, how to hunt late season, and much more!
