The Goal Digger Podcast | Top Business and Marketing Podcast for Creatives, Entrepreneurs, and Women in Business

en us
You didn’t start your business to be a full-time content creator. You started it to help people, earn consistent income, and finally have the freedom you dreamed of. The Goal Digger Podcast is your go-to show for clear marketing strategies, proven systems, and honest conversations that help you grow your business in a way that feels good and actually works. Hosted by Jenna Kutcher, New York Times bestselling author of How Are You, Really? and the self-made entrepreneur behind a seven-figure brand, this podcast is where you come to stop winging it and start making real progress. If you have ever asked yourself how do I grow my business online without burning out, what do I even post on social media that truly connects with people, can Pinterest or podcasting really grow my audience while I sleep, how do I build an email list from scratch without the tech headaches, is it actually possible to make money with a small audience, what should I offer and how do I launch it without second-guessing everything, or am I too late to start over or scale up, this show is your answer. Every episode blends practical, proven strategies with the mindset shifts you need to break through imposter syndrome, release overwhelm, and clarify your next steps. Past guests include powerhouse names like Amy Porterfield, Mel Robbins, Marie Forleo, Ed Mylett, and Jasmine Star. With over 110 million downloads, The Goal Digger Podcast has helped thousands of women get strategic with their time, grow brands that feel aligned and profitable, launch offers with confidence, create content that works even while they rest, and replace running on empty with systems that actually support their life. What’s your unpopular opinion? I love this question. It’s a really fascinating opportunity for people to share a countercultural or a counterintuitive belief that they hold, that they believe enough to proclaim. I definitely hold a few unpopular opinions and some not-so-normal business practices that other people might judge.

In this episode, I'm gonna break down the six unpopular opinions or business practices that I hold with confidence – things that I often get teased about or I talk about with others who kind of scoff or look at me with disbelief. I’ll break down why I stand behind the methods of my madness.

Mallory Ervin is known for exuding energy, joy, and laughter, whether on stage in the Miss America pageant or on screen as a three-time contestant on The Amazing Race. She built a platform from her passion of sharing fashion, beauty, and life, and now it’s a global lifestyle brand. But despite her public accomplishments, Mallory is no stranger to battling unhealthy attachments to performance and success.

What did that journey look like to overcome those unhealthy patterns and find a deeply fulfilling life? Mallory gets vulnerable and real in her new book, Living Fully, and she’s on the Goal Digger Podcast with me now to unpack pieces of her story that I know we can all relate to. If you’ve ever felt like you’re living a “just fine” existence, that you’re stuck in a valley and can’t see the light, or that you’re not truly living the life that’s true to your visions, this is the conversation for you. Pour a cup of coffee and get cozy for this chat with my friend Mallory Ervin.

Want to have a powerful life-changing conversation with questions to bring out deep meaningful answers? These five questions are the basis of the powerful life-changing conversations I was part of at a mastermind early in 2023. Asking these questions of yourself and your peers is a way that we can support one another in real time and show up for each other throughout the year. What would it look like for you if you brought these 5 questions into your life and business?

When I tell you about this marketing strategy exponentially grew my email list and therefore my business, I mean it! I can’t keep something this good a secret, so I’ve invited the absolute best source I know to dig into the system and strategy with us on the podcast.

Natasha Willis is the co-founder of School of Bots, where she and her team have generated over $30 million in sales for clients and taught over 14,000 marketers how to generate highly qualified leads and convert them faster with conversational marketing on Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, and SMS.

Okay, okay, before you shy away from the word “Bots”, you have to hear how we were able to add thousands of new subscribers who are now part of my brand ecosystem beyond just following me on social media and how there are still very organic elements to something automated.

Want to learn more and see if chat funnels could work in your business? DM me the word CHAT on Instagram @jennakutcher or @goaldiggerpodcast to experience how a chat funnel works in real time.

Over the last year we’ve been planning, designing, and watching the process unfold as we build our dream home. Building a dream home is intimidating. Luckily we found a dream team and partner in this journey who has made the process absolutely incredible. Kirsten Erickson is the founder of Alma Homes, a Minneapolis-based design build firm that serves clients throughout the country, she’s also been my friend since high school.

I wanted to invite her on the podcast to share more about our home build experience and what it actually takes to bring a dream home vision to life, what it’s like to work with your partner, how to create an exceptional experience as a service provider and also how she’s built a hometown Minnesota service-based business that is expanding her reach to all ends of the world from the comfort of her own home.

For me, whenever I learn the science behind something, I automatically buy into it at a deeper level. It feels more solid and not so wishy-washy. One thing I’ve been super invested in over the last year is learning how to better manage and utilize my time. There are tons of hacks on the internet for productivity and time management, but I need to hear the science behind any method before I let it into my life.

Thankfully, my friend Marie Forleo shares the science of time in her program, Time Genius (and I’ve completed the program three-times over!) I pick up something new every time I dive into this program, and I wanted to share some super pertinent learnings around the topic of time and priorities with you. In this episode, we’re going to talk about 3 science-backed truths to help you prioritize the RIGHT things so you can accomplish your big goals and get back to your life.

Jen Cohen has seen the evidence of this concept in action. In order to really benefit from it though, you need to discover your own form of boldness, and Jen Cohen can help. She has made an impressive career as an authority in health and fitness, a motivational speaker, a chart-topping podcast host and more… And there’s one common theme throughout all of these career milestones: Choosing boldness and going after the life she wanted, not the life she was given.

In this conversation, Jen and I will explore what it means to be bold – because it’s not just taking risks – and how you can level up your failures and turn them into your greatest strengths. We talk about mediocrity and the big, bold move she made that got Keanu Reeves to call her back… You have to hear this story!

632: I Hired a CMO, Here's Why

42 min
View

It’s crazy to think that I’ve been solely responsible for marketing since I started my business in 2010. I’ve never had a marketing person on my team, never hired a contractor, and it’s always been me with the strategy. But that all changed in 2022 when I logged into LinkedIn for the first time in forever and saw a message from a fractional CMO.

What’s a CMO? What does fractional CMO mean? What can a CMO do for my business that I can’t do myself as someone who has built a career as a marketing expert? This episode covers it all, plus, what we’re working on in our marketing strategy right now.

Some of the greatest ideas come when you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place. When Bobbie Racette was laid off along with so many other people working in the oil and gas industry in Alberta, Canada, she decided to pivot into the freelance arena as a virtual assistant… Except she quickly learned that virtual assistant agencies left a lot to be desired. So Bobbie decided to do something about it.

You know I love outsourcing, so I’m eager to chat with Bobbie about the virtual assistant space, the challenges she faced when launching her company, why a VA can be totally game changing for a business, and how you can get started as a VA if you’ve always wanted to explore the possibilities of a freelance career. Let’s get started with Bobbie Racette.

It’s wild to be entering a new year, isn’t it? I love the feelings of new beginnings, a clean slate, that fresh start… But this year? It feels different. Not in the “this will be my best year yet” sort of way, but more like “I wonder what this year will hold for me.”

I haven’t been shy in sharing that I’m in this season where I don’t exactly know what’s next and so my approach for this coming year is mirroring that feeling and I’m doing things a bit differently. Am I nervous? A little. Am I scared? Not really. Do I feel unsettled? Yes. So here’s what I’m hoping for in the new year (and it just might surprise you!)

What if your work could go on to inspire, motivate, and educate others? Now that is something spectacular, and it’s something that Danielle Coke has experienced first-hand.

There's a specific unique kind of magic that happens when Marie Forleo enters the conversation. And guys, she is stepping into the chat in a big way today. In fact, she invited me to come onto her show, The Marie Forleo Podcast, where she and I unfold a candid, vulnerable, unapologetic dialogue that I knew I needed to bring you into.

In this conversation that previously aired on her podcast, I'm divulging aspects about living with a level of internet fame, a perspective that Marie absolutely understands, and what I've learned from my experiences that I think can help you as you journey through building a vulnerability into the work and career you build, too.

I’ve gotten a few things right – but I’ve also gotten some wrong. For years and years, I sold entrepreneurship as the right path for everyone, because for me, it unlocked a life better than I ever dreamed. But the more that I know about entrepreneurship, the more I recognize that for some being an employee IS the dream! So let’s talk about the pros and cons of both and how to distinguish if you’re better off as an entrepreneur or an employee.

In this episode, I’m sharing the perks of being both an employee and an entrepreneur, seven signs you’re ready to become an entrepreneur, how to face your fears around starting a business and the one exercise that I did before I left behind the 9-5 life forever.

She had $500 to her name and was about to move back in with her parents. Shanda Sumpter knows what it looks and feels like to be at a breaking point, faced with two options – give up and retreat, or find a new path onward and upward.

Shanda Sumpter is on a mission to show other entrepreneurs that they can have an incredible personal life, handle pressure better, AND build a meaningful and wildly profitable business at the same time. And that’s exactly what we’re covering in this episode. Shanda and I talk about starting and growing a business from absolutely nothing, how there’s no secret to creating a profitable business (just a step-by-step system), and even some interesting parts of her personal life, like how she managed to find and marry her husband in 90 days flat.

In the last year I adopted a practice that changed my life – and my view of journaling. I have a million different journals and notebooks and I’d start them with hope and then a few days in I’d totally fail. I struggled with consistency, I struggled with staring at the blank page, I struggled with knowing what the whole point of it was.

In this episode, I’ll tell you the origin story of how I was inspired to give journaling another try, how I created a practice I could stick to, how I changed my life in just 5 minutes a day and what I did to make sure my practice stuck after numerous attempts and failures. You know you can’t talk business without talking about money – profits, losses, taxes, paying your staff, investing in resources to keep things growing, the cost of doing business… It’s a lot to wrap your brain around, especially if you started your business to do what you love every day, while also *hopefully* making money while you do it.

Katie Gatti Tassin is here to dig into a full range of money topics especially relevant to side hustlers and full-time entrepreneurs. Making money as a contractor? We’re digging in. Taxes? We’ll talk about ‘em. Budgeting with a variable income? Yup, we’ve got that covered, too.

This has been one of the most requested topics ever. I did a podcast episode a little while back all about my own health journey, where I referenced that I have gotten very much into biohacking and am very curious about it because it's become a part of our lives. And I got so many DMs and requests from you guys to record this episode, so I am super excited to dive into the topic of biohacking.

Biohacking is also known as human augmentation, which sounds kind of creepy or like human enhancement. It's kind of this do-it-yourself biology aimed at improving your performance, your health, and your well-being through strategic interventions. For many biohackers, biohacking in general consists of just making small incremental diet or lifestyle changes to make small improvements in your health and well-being, and that has been a huge piece on my own health.

And so today is all about biohacking, coming from someone who knew nothing about this a year ago, who is not a doctor who will probably get things wrong, but who has experienced the benefits of biohacking in big ways over the last year. I'm going to walk through 14 things that I've done or tried in the last year and I'll share about if I've enjoyed them, if I'm still doing them or if it wasn't for me. Alright, let's dive on in.

Usually once a month I sit down with my podcast producer, Kylie, and she grills me on a topic. But Miss Kylie is busy snuggling her sweet little baby, so I asked Brooklyn to come on. Brooklyn is an incredible member of my team who has been with me for four whole years, she is the keeper and the writer of all the words inside of the brand.

Today's topic is actually one I'm very excited about because I don't know if you're like me, but around this time, each year as we inch closer to the new year, I feel this simultaneous pull and tug of, who do I want to be coming the next year? And what do I wanna accomplish? And what do I need to wrap up in order to make this year great? And who am I going to turn into?

And it's this beautiful, beautiful pressure that we sometimes put on ourselves or the world puts on us, or the changing calendars bring to us of wanting to move in a new direction. However, today's topic is how to leverage where you're at to get to where you wanna go instead of abandoning all the things that have gotten you here.

Having a ‘dream’ or vision for your life can look great on paper, but in practice, more often than not, can start to feel overwhelming. How is someone supposed to actually juggle a career alongside, well, anything else? Time for adventure, family, community, rest, creativity? All signs start pointing to burnout. And I’m passionate about showing you that the ‘having it all’ burnout only happens when we let other people define it for us. That’s why I wanted to sit down with my friend and truly brilliant leader, Lewis Howes, on his podcast School of Greatness!

This conversation felt so perfectly timed. If you’re not already a student of the School of Greatness, then make sure you subscribe and listen in — my takeaways are always profoundly simple and super applicable.

As I listened to this episode on his show, I found myself wanting to make sure YOU heard these words. We dive into why it’s SO important to invest in yourself, and what it really looks like to overcome the doubt and fear that holds us back from doing that wholeheartedly. The themes and messages here are truly meant for you, Goal Diggers, so I am grateful that Lewis let me share this conversation here with you, too!

I can't believe I'm recording an episode talking about an infomercial, but here we are. I actually had an entirely different episode planned for today, I was going to record an episode all about boundaries, but I actually pivoted because I had a really interesting encounter this morning.

I went to get my nails done, and while I was sitting there with dead headphones and nothing to do but watch the tv, an infomercial for Nutri Sealers caught my eye. I had the pleasure of watching this infomercial for about 45 minutes, and I actually learned a lot from it. I was so intrigued and I kind of asked myself like, what are they getting right? Because I am not a Nutri Sealer customer yet, however, I want to talk about how the infomercial almost made me a customer.

So today's episode is going to be about the five things that I learned from watching an infomercial that we can all apply to our marketing strategy today. What do you think? Should we dive in? Let's go.

Bitcoin had a bad week — like a really bad one. And if you’re out of the know or don’t understand that world, you’re not alone, we don’t really get it either. In fact, the timing of this release feels a little uncanny as headlines are hitting on the topic (and we still don’t understand it all!) We recorded this episode with Brit a few months ago (to help prep for our producer’s maternity leave!) and so while the Bitcoin world is experiencing interruptions, the content inside of this show helps dissect what this world is and if it’s something you might want to explore.

Cryptocurrency. What’s your first thought when you hear that word? Maybe you’re already an investor and you know the potential in this growing space. Maybe you have a healthy curiosity but reasonable skepticism about it.

For a time, I definitely felt like the world of crypto and NFTs and Web3 was rife with gatekeepers wanting to keep women and non-binary people on the outside... But leave it to serial entrepreneur Brit Morin to bust down those gates and wave in a community of people to learn all about how to invest and benefit from an industry that will reach an estimated value of $10 trillion in the next five years.

You might know Brit Morin from her lifestyle and education company Brit + Co, but in this conversation, we’re talking about her endeavors in the Web3 and cryptocurrency arena. She will demystify the terms and concepts you need to know to get started, why it’s not too late to dive into the space, how people are making money with crypto, and some advice as you get started or grow your portfolio in the world of Web3.

Marketing is confusing and overwhelming because we listen to ALL of the things we should be doing and chances are, if you’re just starting out – or even if you’re established, you’re walking around with some guilt or shame in feeling like you KNOW what you need to do but you either don’t know HOW to do it or don’t have the bandwidth to do it all.

Let me take you back over a decade to one of my business courses in college where they taught us the four P's: product, price, place, and promotion. I literally remember learning about these “p’s” sitting next to Drew in a course and when I think about knowing how and where to market your business, it’s important we take these four p’s into account.

I’m going to let you establish your product and price – I have a few good episodes on pricing strategies, and we’re going to focus on place and promotion in today’s episode! Are you ready to dive on in as we talk about what to focus on first in your marketing?

Hi, I’m Jenna Kutcher. I lose my phone at least 3x a day and if you listen closely you can hear my Apple watching pinging to find it. I procrastinate on life admin things to the point where opening an envelope stresses me and causes anxiety. When I finally do the things that I’ve put off for too long like unpacking my suitcase or applying for my passport renewal, I berate myself that it took me so long to do something so simple.

I create unnecessary stress for myself and others in my disorganization or inability to complete tasks with a lot of details. I function well with little piles of the things in my life and struggle when things are put away. I am Jenna and I have ADHD and today’s episode is alllll about that.

When actress Shay Mitchell launched her travel brand BÉIS in 2018, travel was not laden with the nuanced challenges it is today in a recovering pandemic world. When 2020 hit, President of BÉIS Adeela Hussain Johnson worked side by side with Shay to navigate the big upheaval in their space – if people weren’t traveling, if people couldn’t travel, what did the business need to do to adapt? It’s a question they answered together, and answered really, really well.

From idea conception to launching, building and running BÉIS, Adeela and the small but growing team at BÉIS have shifted, modified, and adapted their products, content marketing, and strategies to almost pandemic-proof the brand, despite its foundation in the travel space.

Adeela is here to talk about content marketing and the strategies you can use in your own business, whether you’re a product- or service-based brand, as well as the changing role of influencers and how your brand can carve out a niche in a crowded market, even if you’re not a big celeb.

About once a year, I get the pull to do a website overhaul — or at the very least, a detailed refresh. I feel like it’s important to evaluate our marketing materials regularly and make sure they all still fit our current vibe, style, and business trajectory. This year, I wanted my website to match the energy I’m feeling after welcoming our second daughter last year and launching my book this year: bright, fun, free. Between the book, the baby, and the new house, this year was a big one, so we asked ourselves: How do we freshen up my home on the web to reflect all this newness?

In this episode, I’ll take you through my website refresh process and convince you to take another look at your own website to ensure your followers are landing somewhere that aligns with who and where you are currently.

There’s nothing like a good, long, kitchen chat with a good friend, is there? The tea is hot, the shoes are off, the hair is messy, and the phones are in the other room. The most perfectly necessary friendship chat. Picture this setting as I pulled up a cozy seat at Katrina Scott’s table for her podcast, Live Beautifully, and I gotta say, we truly did live a beautiful moment together in that conversation! So much so that I asked her if I could bring this episode of hers over here for YOU. She said yes and here we are!

Before I press play on this episode she’s shared with me, I want to make sure you link arms with Katrina and her podcast – it’s one of those soul-nourishing shows you’re going to be so excited to listen to every week that it pops up into the timeline of your favorite podcast app! Go on and search it up, give it a follow, and have kitchen time with Katrina every single week!

Now, grab your tea and pull up a seat with us as we talk about journeying through life’s biggest, often harrowing transitions, from motherhood, to entrepreneurship, to authorship, to watching all of those collide into an entirely new kind of life worth living.

For years, I avoided being interviewed on other podcasts — not because I didn’t want to or had anything against going on other podcasts, but simply because I was in a season of saying “no” to most speaking engagements, including most podcast interviews. I was busy growing my family, my business, and staying in my own lane with my podcast. But things changed this year when I released my first book, “How Are You, Really?” and I got the urge to get back in front of the mic for shows other than just my own.

And you know what? It was absolutely mind-blowing (and opening) how transformative it was to step onto other people’s platforms, share my story in their spaces, and gain that sort of brand new exposure to their audiences. I’d avoided it for so long, but meanwhile, it ended up being one of the biggest propellers for getting the word about my book out there to so many new people I wouldn’t have otherwise been exposed to!

Pivoting is something I know a lot about – some of my best career moves started with a desire to pivot, to switch it up, to pursue a new direction toward the life and business I really wanted. Sometimes those pivots were major U-Turns – a complete reverse of direction in pursuit of brand new ideas, dreams, and opportunities. “You Turns” are something this guest knows all about.

Ashley Stahl is a counterterrorism professional turned career coach. She helps people all over the world with self-discovery, upgrading their confidence, and finding career fulfillment.

Are you in the metaphorical staircase with a big couch yelling pivot? Are you in the left lane with your blinker on, ready to pull a U-Turn? Is the only thing more terrifying than stepping into the unknown, staying stuck exactly where you are? If you answered yes to any of the above, this is the episode for you.

When I reflect on my personal health journey, I realize it has impacted my work on a deep, deep level, probably on a deeper level than any of the strategies and systems that I've utilized in recent years.

I'm a pretty open book, I've talked about my health journey on this show, but today is this attempt to dive deeper into what I've been doing, how I've been feeling, and even more importantly, how it's impacted my work and why I think things finally stuck this time. I know I'm not unique in this human experience of wanting to change something in my life, whether it's my circumstance, my career, relationships, whatever that is, and not being confident enough to follow through or not getting the results that I wanted and just giving up.

I think what's super interesting about this topic, especially when it comes to my health journey, is that I'm not one month in or 60 days or 90 days, I've been really focused on this for the entire year, and this is the first time that I've actually stuck to something. And so this episode we're diving into the deep end.

What would it sound like if someone hit record on a conversation between you and a close friend over a cup of coffee (or glass of wine or matcha or a margarita, depending on your preference)? I was recently in California and had the opportunity to actually sit side by side with my friend Candice Kumai, a classically trained chef, former line cook, former TV host, former-model-turned journalist, and now a podcaster herself and best-selling author of seven books.

Listening back, it felt like someone had hit record on a heart to heart between two pals at transitional phases of their lives, and captured all the candid feelings and giggles and tears that come from a good, honest, vulnerable chat. Sitting in her beautiful Los Angeles home over a cup of a specialty matcha, we poured into each other on the topics of success, why women can be so hard on themselves, the struggle to see yourself through the eyes of people who love you, and so much more. Slide up a chair and join us at the table.

What do you do when you're not totally sure what's next? When you're maybe in a sort of identity crisis or in this transition in your life where you're shifting identities, or your passions are changing, or you're looking at something that you've built and you're like, ‘I don't know if I wanna be doing this a year from now or five years from now or 10 years from now’?

There is this transition period that a lot of us sit in and it is so uncomfortable, but we also don't really have the tools to know how to navigate it well. In this episode, I want to share what I've been feeling and how I've been working through it and what I've been learning about myself in the process. I hope that today's episode is this invitation for you to ponder where you're heading, and if there are certain things you need to leave behind to continue, on your own journey.

The path to each individual’s version of success is not a straight one. There are loops and dips and swirls and backtracks. Never once has a journey looked like a steady vertical incline from point A to point B. My guest for this episode has learned to embrace the roller coaster ride towards her successes, but it didn’t always come easy.

After attending Stanford and Harvard Law School, Ashley Menzies Babatunde had to combat her struggle with perfectionism and defining herself by her accomplishments. After her first big professional failure, she began to question everything. Now, Ashley is on a mission to share the human stories behind the highlights through her podcast No Straight Path.

So in this conversation, we’re talking about the nonlinear journey to achieving our dreams, the curse of perfectionism, navigating your winning seasons, and what really defines who we are. Hint: We’re more than our career accomplishments.

As an entrepreneur, I learned a handful of years ago that if I didn’t get a handle on using my time wisely and thoughtfully, it was going to use me. And now, I truly believe that TIME is our greatest currency. It's a non-renewable investment, and I have seen, evidenced in my own life, that with just a few little shifts and pivots, we can learn to juice the most joy, peace, and true rest out of it!

Recently a major learning resource for me was my deep dive into Time Genius created by Marie Forleo. In this episode, I’ll share with you my top takeaways from her program, why I took it, and how I hope it can help YOU maximize the work you do and the life you’re creating. Come with me and my podcast producer Kylie as we dive into how I approached the busiest season of work that my career and life has ever experienced and how I walked through it all with a peaceful pace rather than a stressful one.

When our second daughter was born I was about to move into one of the busiest seasons of my career yet, and I knew if I wanted to protect my time and fill the time I had wisely, I needed to tap into teachings from the best of the best when it comes to maximizing time. Enter, my friend: Marie Forleo.

Save your seat for Marie's FREE training on the "3 Productivity Mistakes You Can't Afford to Make" by clicking here: marieandjenna.com

I was curious about her program, Time Genius, during my last pregnancy but had this moment of, “Wait, do I even have time to take a course right now?” As it turns out, that is the precise reason WHY I needed her course, all about maximizing and utilizing our precious time.

Marie is back on the Goal Digger Podcast today to talk about time – how we spend it and what’s worth the investment, all the ways she’s maximized her time and became a Time Genius herself, and why “not having enough time” is a sign you’re ready for a new approach to time management.

Are you faking your life? Or are you really living it? I’m here to bring you into a conversation about this that I got to have with one of my most REAL, authentic friends of all time, Ed Mylett. As a major leader in the entrepreneurial and self-transformation space, he invited me to pull up a seat with him on his podcast, The Ed Mylett Show, to really unpack what we think goes into a life that doesn’t just LOOK good or check all the boxes —- but a life that FEELS good and true to who we are.

In this conversation, Ed and I talk about how to shove off distractions, false expectations, and anything else that would hold us back from living in the most whole state of being. How do we reconnect to ourselves, mind body and soul, and learn how to weed out what doesn’t belong?

The earlier in life we can harness the skill of emotional intelligence then the better set up we are to have healthy relationships, coping skills, and communication with others as we walk through life. I want my daughters to grow up knowing their emotions are valid and normal, whether they’re angry, sad, excited, happy, confused, or anything in between.

In this episode, I share 5 important ways that we foster our littles’ emotional intelligence on a daily basis so that they feel more set up for success in life and within their own work and personal relationships. If you have children – or even if you want to practice your own emotional resiliency – keep listening for 5 actions you can practice with your kiddos (and on your own) in order to grow this muscle that we can easily neglect.

There are so many elements wrapped up in our own confidence. Our personal identities consist not only of the things we love about ourselves, but also of our insecurities and how we feel about our place in the world, in our relationships, in our careers and home lives. Confidence in our own identity shifts how we show up for ourselves and our dreams, and gaining more confidence is a practice we could all use a little more of. But how? My guest Amanda Pittman can help.

Amanda Pittman is an author, speaker, entrepreneur, and the Founder of Confident Woman Co., a ministry that equips women to stand confidently upon the finished work of Jesus. I’m so thrilled to have Amanda here for a chat about identity, insecurity, being women of ambition, and standing in our confidence.
