Angela is an end-of-life doula, Hospice volunteer and the Past President of the National End-of-Life-Doula Alliance (NEDA). She served on The NEDA board from 2018 to 2022 and has earned the NEDA Proficiency Badge. She is a graduate of the UVM End-of-Life Doula Professional Certificate Program, UVM Companion Animal Certificate Program, INELDA and LifeSpan Doulas as well as numerous other trainings for end-of-life care. She is an instructor for the Doula Programs at the University of Vermont and offers multiple end-of-life educational workshops and grief support groups. She is a veterinary doula with Pet Well Mobile Vet where she assists with euthanasia and the end-of-life care and support of companion animals. Angela also serves on the board for the Charlevoix Area Humane Society and volunteers with the Elk Country Animal Shelter. She is a level II Reiki Practitioner and has completed the Animal Reiki course through the Animal Hospice Group. Andraya Cole, DVM, MPH's brief bio: 

Dr. Cole joined the practice at South Deerfield Veterinary Clinic in September 2021. She grew up in Central Massachusetts, and has enjoyed being back close to home. Dr Cole attended Hamilton College in upstate New York for undergraduate studies and Washington State University for Veterinary School. She also holds a masters in public health from the University of Minnesota.  

Dr Cole enjoys the variety of mixed animal practice but particularly loves working with cats and small ruminants/camelids as well as client education. In her spare time, Dr Cole enjoys farming with her husband and daughter, doing jigsaw puzzles, and discovering new places for great food.
