If you’re walking through Washington Square Park, you might just get lucky and spot Davis Burleson at work. Mic in hand and cameraman in tow, he’ll run up to any random stranger, ask them an obscure question, and they’ll surprisingly bare their soul to him on camera. Questions like “how much does your outfit cost?” and “does your ex need therapy” have garnered over 17 million views. In 2021, Davis launched What’s Poppin’ on TikTok and just 1 year later, has a community of over 2 million followers, works as an interviewer for brands like Warner Bros and Tory Burch, and just nabbed a spot as a Sirius XM host.
