The Power of 5:00 AM
Today's Quotes:
-"The breezes at dawn have secrets to tell. Don't go back to sleep. You must ask for what you really want. Don't go back to sleep."- Rumi
-"We must begin our days with the inner reminder of our true identity. We must identify ourselves as Spirit, as Principle, as the law of Life unto our affairs. It is a very necessary thing to remember that we have no needs: We are infinite, individual spiritual consciousness embodying within ourselves the infinity of good: and therefore we are that center, that point of God- consciousness which can feed five thousand any day and every day- not by using our bank account, but by using the infinity of good pouring through us the same as it poured through Jesus. We do not meet people with the idea of what we can get or what they can do for us, but wee ego out into life as the presence of God." - The Infinite Way by Joel Goldsmith
-The Sadhguru video I watched on Brahma Muhurtam(the 3:40 AM phenomenon)
Today's Practice:
Commit to rising a little earlier than usual tomorrow (and everyday), to sit in the presence of Love. To sit with your Self. You can engage in any spiritual practice that suits you (or none). You can journal, you can meditate, you can practice Love, you can listen for silence, you can Namaskar, sway, take Love steps, consciously smile, do Japa (that's what I do along with Love Steps)... anything you like or a combination of several! The earlier you get up, the more you time you have for yourself, for your Self, for God, for Love. Take that time. Take your power back. We can sleep when we're dead :) But wait... we don't die, because we were never born. Our bodies can and will sleep... our minds can and will sleep... but this consciousness that we are, is eternally Woke... watching, from Love, the seeming waking, sleeping, and dreaming. Let's stay woke.
I love you and I'm with you!
