Meditate on Love the way you usually meditate on the world... the way I talked about how I was meditating on my hair, or my feet, or a headache. We have to keep some attention on Love, constantly, no matter what we seem to be up to.
So today, and everyday, before you reach for your phone, reach for Peace, reach for your mantra , reach for the inner Silence. Meditate on Love while you scroll your feed. Use that super powerful impulse to check your phone, to check yourself... to feel your Self. And if you're anything like me, you'll have a tremendous number of times to practice Love, today lol! Let's use our screen time for Go(o)d! Start scrolling IG and FB (do we still do that? are we still on the Book?) in the atmosphere of Love. Keep some attention inside, on Love, or on your mantra, or on Silence, at ALL times. Until this Love replaces your concept of time... of yourself. Until Love is all that's left.
