He must increase, I must decrease.
I go back and forth between 'you' that body,
and You, Love, beyond the body.
You're always that You beyond the body,
but sometimes You think You're that 'you'
that's holding the phone.
You think You're that 'you' that needs to let God in,
that 'you' that needs to exhale worries,
that needs to practice the Presence,
that needs to sit in silence each day for at least 15 minutes,
not asking,
not demanding,
just BEing,
until you remember what You're Being,
until you remember You're not meditating,
You're One'ing.
You're God'ing.
You're Him.
and His.
Stay Alive.

Today's Quotes:
“He must increase, but I must decrease.”
-John 3:30
"lay down your arms and raise up your arms."
-Mooji
"There is not a single soul at which God has not knocked thousands of times. As the sun is always illuminating, so God is always acting on the soul. Whether we respond or not to God's summoning of our souls, notice that the first impetus always comes from him. He seeks us before we dream of seeking him; he knocks before we invite him in; he loves us before we respond.
Lift up your Heart!
'Listen! I am standing at the door, knocking; if you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in to you and eat with you, and you with me'." - Revelation 3:20
-via Arch Bishop Fulton Sheen
"I am not me"
-Herb Fitch
"Never underestimate all the obligations you shoulder every single day. You've been a warrior since day one. Some phases of your life more difficult than others. Some moments heavier than others. Yet, here you are. Standing strong.
On your own two feet. Owning everything life has tossed at you while maintaining a clean heart. This is why you have so much depth. Your experiences didn't taint you; they empowered you. You are the Source of your own good energy. Let's get it!"
-@SourceMessages via IG
"The essence of Christianity consists not in obeying a set of commands, nor in submitting to certain laws, nor in reading Scripture, nor in following the example of Christ. Before all else, it consists in being re-created, re-made, and incorporated into the Risen Christ, so that we live his life, think his thoughts, and will his love."
-Arch Bishop Fulton Sheen
"When you know you are apart of the Divine plan, you stop demanding, you know everything is being done for you and you are being taken care of."
-Sri Sri Ravi Shankar
