God, please let me feel Your Love as I pray. (Surrender Novena Day 2)
“I am the vine; you are the branches.
If you remain in me and I in you,
you will bear much fruit;
apart from Me you can do nothing." - John 15:5
*****************************************
In every situation I've ever been in,
I stand there long enough,
or I sit there long enough,
listening to the Silence within,
and whatever emotion was (t)here,
it parts like clouds,
and there's the Son, again.
Jesus, smiling like,
'You did it! GoOD!
Now let's do it again... (let's take it from the top haha)
Can you recognize Me again?
Can you find Me again?
In this scene?
And in this mess?
And in that person?
And in this circumstance?
And in this moment?
And in this one?
And in this one?
And in this one?
This is all you're ever doing.
Look up.
Which means, look in.
This Love will bear fruit,
abundantly.
It is Law.
I love you,
nik

Surrender Novena Day 2
"(From Jesus) Surrender to me does not mean to fret,to be upset, or to lose hope,
nor does it mean offering to Me a worried prayer,
asking Me to follow you and change your worry into prayer.
It is against this surrender, deeply against it, to worry, to be nervous
and to desire to think about the consequences of anything.
It is like the confusion that children feel
when they ask their mother to see to their needs,
and then try to take care of those needs for themselves
so that their childlike efforts get in their mother’s way.
Surrender means to placidly close the eyes of the soul,
to turn away from thoughts of tribulation and to put yourself in My care, so that only I act; saying, "You take care of it".
(Repeat the following prayer 10 times.)
O Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything!
Mother, I am yours now and forever. Through you and with you I always want to belong completely to Jesus.
Amen" - Father Ruotolo Dolindo
"A beautiful prayer to Krishna is, 'please let me feel your warm affection as I chant.'" - Mahatma Das
"Without a name, without a body, tell me about yourself. Tell me something about yourself without mentioning your memories or mind. Can you tell me something? Nothing can be said... That's You." - Nisargadatta Maharaj
“‘Lest ye become as little children, you cannot enter the kingdom of heaven.’ Unless you start again, become that trusting, open surrendered being, the energy can’t come in. That’s the kingdom of heaven; the energy, cosmic consciousness, the same thing.” – Ram Dass
"He was crucified so that his spirit could spread throughout the world. He sacrificed his body for the dharma. He never died, he never died. He is Atman (the Soul), living in the hearts of all." -Neem Karoli Baba
