Ryan Michler, combat veteran, author, and host of the Order of Man podcast, joins Sean on Battleground to discuss the importance of resilience, vulnerability, and masculinity in dealing with challenging situations. Ryan and Sean discuss how one can overcome difficult experiences, such as losing a loved one or facing mental illness, and use them as a source of strength. While it seems unnatural for many men, vulnerability is an essential component of being a powerful man, and it takes courage to be open about one's struggles and share them with others.
