Life Changes When You Understand This
Today's Quote:
"You cannot be changed, ‘you’ must be exchanged." - Mooji
"When we struggle to change ourselves we, in fact, only continue the patterns of self judgement and aggression. We keep the war against ourselves alive." - Jack Kornfield
Today's Practice:
Don't try to fix yourself. Watch yourself. Observe yourself, and the real Self steps in. Love changes you. Love heals you. Love replaces you. And then you'll watch and observe healthier lifestyle choices as a natural side effect of conscious Oneness (alignment) with this Love.
Love is moving you.
Love is announcing itself in you.
Love is choosing through you.
It's using you.
It's being you.
When you feel Love, you automatically get out of the way. You are automatically replaced and only Love is left.
I Love you,
Nik
