Come Out of Sleep Into Your Mantra | The Power of 5:00 AM Part II
God Morning to you! Click HERE to listen to yesterday's episode. In Part II, I share a significant part of my routine that is so natural to me now, that I forgot to mention it!
Today's Quote:
"Get in the habit of coming out of sleep into mantra." - Ram Dass
Today's Practice:
Every night before you fall asleep, set an intention to wake up the next morning to Truth... to wake up as Love... to wake up reciting your mantra... to wake up FEELING your mantra... feeling Love, smiling, breathing consciously. Then, like we always do, make it a game to stay aware of your mantra (of Love), all the way to the bathroom, all the way to the kitchen, all the way to your office, etc. Keep remembering Love until you realize that you are Love. Everything else is imagination.
Beginning Aug 7, 2023 - 'GoOD Mornings with CurlyNikki' will host pre and post roll ads within the back catalogue.
