Letting Go Into Unlimited Abundance
Today’s Quotes:
“Abundance is a process of letting go; that which is empty can receive.”
– Braynt Mcgill
“Dada, if you do not make it empty, how are you going to fill it up again?”
– Maharajji
“… become nothing, and He’ll turn you into everything.”
– Rumi
“If you think you are big, you become small. If you know you are nothing, you become unlimited.”
– Sadhguru
“The longer you can linger in that field of infinite possibilities as an awareness—aware that you are aware in this endless black space—without putting your attention on your body, on things, or on people, places, and time, the longer you invest your energy into the unknown, the more you are going to create a new experience or new possibilities in your life. It’s the law.”
– "Becoming Supernatural" by Dr. Joe Dispenza
“Come to Nothing, find everything.”
– J.C. Amberchele
Bonus Quotes:
“By allowing ourselves to relax, we begin to naturally fall into a state of subtle gratitude and humility. Similarly, relaxation fills us with strong feelings of peaceful resignation, of momentarily not seeking or wanting anything. In such a comfortable state of not trying, ironically, we become the human definition of natural wealth, and are much more capable of receiving what we desire.”
– Relax More, Try Less: The Easy Path to Abundance by Tim Grimes
Definition of Awareness from Michael Langford: "When you wake up from sleep, awareness is that consciousness that woke up from sleep. Thoughts come and go. The background of awareness does not come and go. The background of awareness is continuous during all of your waking hours until you go back to sleep again. Awareness is you, your consciousness, just your awareness that is looking through your eyes right now. The words awareness, consciousness, attention, observing, watching, looking, seeing all have the same meaning here. Awareness is that which is conscious of thought or conscious of the absence of thought. Both when there are thoughts and when there are no thoughts the background of awareness is aware. "
Today’s Practice:
Try the meditation I share from Michael Langford’s, “The Direct Means to Eternal Bliss” called the “Abandon Release Method”(pg. 72) of letting go of everything except for your awareness. Stay as that formless, bodiless, timeless awareness, today. Be in the world as That, today, watching the appearance of the body in the world. And from that Awareness, you'll watch the appearance of the Christ, of Love, of infinite abundance.
I Love you,
