Can you give me a mantra to use when I feel lost in my own depression and fear?
Every time you get upset,
everytime you feel lost,
everytime you ask Me a question,
My Answer starts when your thoughts stop.
My Blessings start,
when you chant.
Chant now-- one of My Names,
or 'Thank you',
or the Sound of Silence,
or the feeling of Love,
or 'I choose Love, Here.'
"You come to bring Light where there seems to be darkness, to bring Love where fear seems to be. Remember the purpose of your Soul. Then such a time of darkness will seem less like an oppressive weight, but rather an opportunity. Where can I see Love here?
When, without even knowing the meaning of it, you say with every inhalation, "I choose love here. I choose love," you will see the light change and the darkness dispel. Your mind may say, "I don't understand what happened. All I did was sit here for fifteen minutes choosing love." Well, mind, that's all that is required.
The lifeline, the golden rope, is to know that there is such a thing as love, and in that moment you are empowered to choose it.
Just that. Even if your heart is breaking and you feel on the edge of collapse, say, "I choose love." By this mantra you silence the lifelong mantra that would choose fear." - Emmanuel Book II
"The Spirit breathes where it wants to, and you hear its voive, but do not know where it comes from and where it goes; this is how it is with everyone who is born by the Spirit." - John 3:8

Today's Quotes:
"The holy name is saying, "I am present here, my mercy is here, my love is here, please accept it, please feel it, please utilize it." -Mahatma Das
"I have a friend who unties the burdens of the world from the depths of my mind, heart & soul weightless,I lean into His God-Wind feeling its freedom at my back leading me toward the harvest fields pulling me closer to my purpose & welcoming me into the land of the redeemed. -from the book, There Is Beauty Still, Brittany Lister @wildflowerpages
"The message of The Infinite Way revealed to me at the beginning that God does not set us free. It is the consciousness of God in us that makes us free. Where the consciousness of the presence of God is not, there is bondage; there is sin, false appetite, disease, lack, limitation, and man's inhumanity to man. But where the consciousness of God is present-not where God is present-God is omnipresence. Where the consciousness of God is present, there is liberty, freedom, wholeness, completeness.
So carry the consciousness of God with you. Carry it up to heaven if you mount there, because you will not find God in heaven unless you carry Him there. Carry the consciousness of God to hell if your pathway leads you there. Carry the consciousness of the presence of God into disease, into death, into hospitals, into mental institutions. Carry the consciousness of the presence of God into your business..." -J. S. Goldsmith: The Government of Eden. "It isn't how many times you go away but how many times you come back. Because each time you come back you're coming back to the singularliry of the Name." - Krishna Das
