Today we're joined by Ruaridh Jackson, a man who won over 30 caps for Scotland as recently as 2019, but who is better known for his off the field antics where he is known to enjoy the social side of life to its extremes. In this interview he takes us through all the hilarious untold stories from his career playing not only for Scotland but also for - Glasgow, Wasps and Harlequins. From finding out finally what happened on the Wasps summer party boat trip (it includes a lot of faeces) to hearing about an occasion when the Police showed up at his house to stop him wanking, to hearing about the rough and tumble life he lived on and off the pitch - RJ does not disappoint one bit if you're in the mood to be entertained and to have a laugh. Today we're joined by one of our greatest friends of the show in Sky Sports & Amazon Prime Broadcaster Simon Thomas for somewhat of a 'Dry January' special. Simon has recently passed his 1 year anniversary of being sober and in this deeply personal interview he takes us through the horrendous struggles and relationship he's had with alcohol over the years. After suddenly losing his wife, his life was flipped upside down and like so many in desperate situations, he took refuge in the bottle and this sparked a sudden downfall which almost led to his death on multiple occasions. He opens up about his inspiring journey over the last couple of years and gives advice to those who maybe struggling from similar issues. We also discuss the premature arrival of his daughter and the terrifying events surrounding that. However it's not all seriousness as Archie manages to inject a ridiculous amount of stupidity and laughter into the podcast as always.

We talk to him merely a couple weeks after completing his most incredible expedition to date, when he became the first man in history to row the Atlantic Ocean solo from New York to Ireland. After losing his partner at sea with a suspected blood clot only 2 weeks into the row, Damian decided to complete the task by himself and therefore spent the next 95 days all alone at sea, with no human company, no one to talk to, just the storms of the ocean and his mind to keep him company. Rowing for over 12 hours a day non stop and having no human company for that long can break the strongest of men and when he had to spend 3 days locked into his capsized row boat in a deadly storm and his cabin started to flood, he thought it could be the end of his life. Today we're delighted to be joined by John Simpson MBE - who at the age of two was stricken with Polio and essentially lost the use of his leg, but fought against the disease and ended up becoming one of the most important names in professional golf - managing the likes of  Nick Faldo, Vijay Singh, Bernhard Langer, Nick Price and other many other Tour players. In total, Simpson contributed to the careers of 17 major golf tournament winners.

He then went onto set up his own charity and foundation called 'on course' which uses golf to help wounded inured and sick military veterans with their physical and mental recoveries.

Today I am joined by one of the most spectacular young men in this country in Mr George King. At the age of 19 he managed to climb, what was then Europes tallest building in 'The Shard', an incredible achievement, but made even more remarkable with the fact that he used no - ropes or assistance.
