Well what a pleasure it is to be joined by a man who has already had so many different succesful careers before his mid 30s; Pro-Footballer, Pro-Rugby Player, Hollywood Actor, Mario Balotelli, Anthony Joshua & Usain Bolt's body double, Choreographer for all Premiership Football & England Rugby & latterly a comedic fitness influencer with over 260,000 loyal followers (not to mention an incredible appearance on Take Me Out).

We discuss; his somewhat rough upbringing in a suburb in Dublin 'we just fought and played football, I didn't see another black guy till I was 15'. Playing rugby at school alongside 'Big Devin Toner', his incredibly entertaining football career which took him from Shamrock Rovers to West Ham United and then slowly the whole way down the football league. His Rugby resurgence; representing Nigeria 7s team followed by four years playing for Esher & Harlequins A. Then a wonderful post retirement career which has led him to appear in Hollywood Movies, become best friends with Balotelli, boss round the England Rugby lads on set and gain a huge following, on instagram by finding a niche in-between; fitness influencing and comedy.

I won't give anything more away, as there are so many incredibly hilarious stories and exchanges during this interview which I wouldn't want to ruin - so plug in and treat yourself to one of the most hilarious guests, if not the most hilarious we've ever met!
