You can’t hear Me when you’re hearing yourself,

when you’re rushing yourself,

forcing yourself into places you don’t fit.

Pushing yourself when you need rest.

Let Me give you rest.

Not necessarily the 'go back to sleep' kind of rest,

but the 'be about My business while being completely still inside', kind of rest.

Silent inside.

Not wondering inside,

"anxious about your life,

what you will eat

or what you will drink,

 or what you will wear."

What if nothing has gone wrong?

Ask yourself that question.

What if Love is enough?

It was. It is. And It always will be.

Never hold a thought, never drop the Thread.

Watch and listen to your mind.  Notice when it's doing what it does.  Notice its judgements, criticisms, projections, conclusions.  Don't react. Don't respond. Don't try to stop them.  Just notice.  And then notice what else is present.  Listen to the Silence that the thoughts are coming and going in.  Feel that Silence... Joy, Love... the Bliss of the Self.  When you feel this Bliss, It puts the thoughts on transparency mode (like your noise canceling headphones).  Now you're no longer hypnotized by thinking... It's not the only thing you can hear.  Now you can also hear the Silence!  You can feel the Thread.  And It feels good. Don't drop It.

I stay aware of the sunshine.

I experience the sunshine more than I experience the forms that are walking around in it,

 that are talking in it,

growing in it,

loving in it.

that's my intention.

To stay aware of what's lit.

As what's burning.

Not turning to receive another frequency that feels more urgent, more pressing,

staying right here with Me,

fully aware that other frequencies (seem to) exist,

that other things may be calling your name,

but you can attend to those things,

 to those ones from this Frequency.

You don't have to turn your attention away from this Love to give attention to something else.

You can give attention to that thing, to that task, while remaining here,

feeling like you are,

The singer of Naam sacrifices both sin and merit. By hearing Naam constantly, the Mother [kundalini] is awakened. Then she starts singing and dancing, emanating light both inside and outside the singer [She comes in the form of Nada]. The singer of Naam then keeps hear ing this spontaneous singing by the Mother. You can chant the full mantra formally, seated at your altar, and then keep Hari (or Hari Bol) going ALL DAY (and night). You'll see :)

'Hari' means 'the remover of illusion' and it is said that when one repeats It, sins, karmas , pain and suffering are removed. Hari or Hare is also known as the energy of God, the Love, the Bliss (Ananda). You're directing your attention to the Bliss that's here, and holding your attention (t)here with the chanting practice, until there's no you, no practice, just Bliss. 

Look at the peacock on the Cross of San Damiano (the Icon of Jesus that looked up and spoke to St. Francis of Assisi and told him to re-build his church). It's on the right side of His legs. Also notice the tilak on Jesus' forehead. Apparently, many early Christians also wore forehead markings that look strikingly similar to a tilak and many icons were made with these markings-- even the other High Beings in the imagery of the Cross have them. I saw the real San Damiano Cross up close while in Assisi, Italy. It stopped me in my tracks.

That is the difference between matter and spirit. Actually, everything is emanation from Krsna, so there cannot be anything matter. But the forgetfulness...What is this material world? The material world everyone is forgetting Krsna. Their only business is to forget Krsna. Therefore it is material. But if Krsna consciousness is there, no more material world. Just like this temple. This temple is spiritual, Vaikuntha. It is not Los Angeles. Don't think like that. It is Vaikuntha, because here every second the remembrance of Krsna is there. Therefore it is not Los Angeles. Or anyone who remembers Krsna always, twenty-four hours, he is living in Vaikuntha. He is not in the kingdom of maya. That is required. [Bg. 9.14]: "Always thinking of Me."

So if you keep this practice, always thinking of Krsna, then you are not in the material world; you are always in the spiritual world. For practical example: just like there are foreign embassies in foreign countries. So long they are within the embassy, they are not living in the foreign country. That is the law. Suppose I belong to some foreign embassy. So I have done something criminal. So the American government cannot arrest me from the embassy.

When I come out, he can arrest. So ships also, when they are on the port of a foreign country, so on the ship also the foreign police force cannot arrest anyone. These are the etiquette, law. So if it is possible in ordinary dealings… So if it is possible in ordinary dealings, so why not possible spiritually? And that's a fact. If you keep always yourself in Krsna consciousness, you do not belong to this material world. Then actually you are part and parcel of Krsna, your spiritual identity." - Ref.
