You know how to pray.

You feel Him.
Which is thanking Him.
Which is Loving Him.
Which is recognizing that the food is Him.
That this body that it’s being fed to is Him.
You do this with everything.

"One of the Hebrew words for "humble" is ani. It means "circumstantial humility." It's used in the Old Testament when someone suffers or has been afflicted. They find themselves in a lowly position physically, materially and socially.
Ani often leads to anav, another Hebrew word, which relates to humble character. Over and over in the Old Testament, God shares how He cares for the humble. He guides the anav, as Psalm 25:9 says: "He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way". He crowns the anav with victory. (Psalm 149:4) He encourages the anav. (Psalm 34:2) The reward? The anav inherit the land. (Psalm 37:11)
Pastor Dave Adamson writes, "The Hebrew word 'avanah' is translated as 'humility: But an expanded translation would be to occupy our God-given space. Humility is not just avoiding overstepping our boundaries, but it's also being sure we step into them!'
According to Adamson, an expanded translation of "humility" is "to occupy our God-given space." When the assigned space God has given us feels too large and we feel too small, we are forgetting that the Creator God assigned us there. No space is too large for Him, and no assignment is too hard."

So people are so rascal, they will not even chant Hare Krsna mantra. So Krsna is teaching. Krsna is so kind. He's personally teaching. That is, perform yajña. He's personally chanting, dancing, Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Personally, He's teaching us, "Perform this yajña you rascal, and you'll get everything. You'll get everything." Now, where is the proof? The proof is this Krsna consciousness movement. We are simply chanting Hare Krsna maha-mantra and spending millions of rupees. Simply. What we are doing? We are not doing any business. We have not many professional men.

But why we are getting ..? We are spending eight hundred thousand rupees per month. And we have got food, we have got milk. We are feeding others also, bringing food. So why don't you see practically how these Krsna conscious people are fabulously rich. This question was raised in Parliament also. So how we became fabulously rich? We do not do anything. I have not taught you anything magic. I simply request you, "Chant Hare Krsna mantra sixteen times- please!!" But you are not even following that. This is the only remedy."

Just listening. 
This listening is continuous,
that's mediation.
When you're listening you're not thinking,
that's meditation.
And then in the quiet listening,
Love is felt.
You hear God's silence, and then you feel God's Love.
You're gifted His Peace, 
and then you notice that that too, is continuous!
No matter what comes (or goes), this Peace stands.
All you have to do is remember to listen for the feeling of Peace,
and then that Peace dissolves everything that isn't Peace...

because God is.

CHALLENGE RULES

Each day (beginning 4/26):

1. Wake up an hour earlier to chant (think of it like your actual job that will pay you actual dollars) at least 12 rounds on your mala/prayer beads while hearing the words clearly. Hear the Names of God, even though your mind will be split and doing/thinking about other things. Keep bringing your attention back to the sound of the Name. That's all. Keep coming back to the Sound on your tongue and silence in your head. 

2. Chant your last 4 rounds in the evening before bed. 

Throughout the day, allow your attention to be directed toward the mantra which will still be running in the background-- let It hangout in the foreground as you run errands, eat, drive, shower, etc. When you're home doing it formally, you can chant it just barely audibly, or loudly if you choose, but while out, you can keep it going silently within, or just allow your lips to move slightly with no sound. 

And that's it! We're starting with a week so you can 'try it on', but if you keep it up for at least 6 months, you'll drastically change your entire life for the better!

A Peace that inner chanting brings attention to.

A Peace that appears as the best version of you.
