Believe it or not, Tantra is MUCH more than a sexual practice. Tantra is an ancient Vedic science based on experiencing ALL human emotions—joy, anger, sexuality, sadness and everything in between. Three and a half years ago, I realized I needed a radical life change. I didn't have a career I loved, I didn't have friendships who inspired me, I wasn't in a relationship that fulfilled me, I didn't have a true home or community. I knew there was more to life- that you could have all these things- but knew that I needed to make some major shifts to get there.
