On my recent trip to Dubai, I had the chance to sit down and do this really fun show, talking about my thoughts on the UAE, the middle east, my thoughts on digital media in the area, and how I'm able to produce so much content on such a large scale.

This throwback to my interview with Colin Cowherd I think is a really great example of my predictions coming to fruitition - we sit down and talk about my thoughts around the boom of Snapchat, the use of social media in presidential campaigns, dealing with negativity & of course, the Jets. There's no machine or algorithm to scaling an IG account -  this is one big big theme to this talk, really digging down into making sure you're going about trying to scale / sell your product on Instagram the way that's going to work - sitting down and DMing for awareness. I also get into people that think they're "too ahead of the curve" and don't understand that they're just shit - not ahead of shit. 

This was an all-time keynote in Poland, full of a massive Q&A section -  I start out talking about how attention is the most valuable asset, and my trip into Poland, a country I've never been to before, detailing why I didn't look up from my phone at all - talking about how billboards no longer hold the value they have. This was a big big big keynote on attention value - really one you should hear <3

I hear a lot of people saying they're afraid that "social media is ruining their kids" or that "they spend too much time in front of screens" and i completely disagree with it. this statement can apply to every single generation, not just today, and I think this is a really important conversation we need to be having. 

Really hyped up for this keynote because it's such a different topic than I usually touch on - I spoke at the Hall of Flowers, a Cannabis conference which is a new industry I'm beginning to touch in with Green Street, an ad agency geared towards the rising cannabis market.

loved loved loved this talk I gave at Facebook London, talking about my history in the sales game stemming from back when I was young and selling baseball cards, car washes, lemonade and focusing on consumer research and attention before I even really know what it was to sell - and how using one piece of content to distribute in multiple places is a massive key right now to distributing at scale.  

This is a suuuuper cool throwback that I don't talk about a lot, where I go into my predict governments and officials utilizing Facebook & Twitter to create influence over their political agenda. 

LOVED having these absolute icons come through to sit down & chop it up - for those of you that don't know Cypress Hill, they're a legendary west coast hip hop group that basically stated the scene in the 90's and released the chart topping hit "Insane In The Brain". We sit and chat about their come up, collaborating with other artists, and their newest project, Elephants On Acid.

These three complete fire films all have one overarching theme in common: the best time to start doing is NOW. Even if it's a risk, if it's something you really REALLY want to do, right now is the time to take that leap. Then, I go in and talk focused towards kids across the world & how the pressure in a lot of asian markets focuses heavy and prevents kids from really achieving what they want - finishing with a short film called "Bet On Yourself", which expands on self awareness, knowing yourself and work ethic - and how these all play into focusing heavily on not caring about what other people think & not letting other's opinions impact your success. <3

This was a HUGE episode with Tom. Tom's a good friend & one of the first clients of VaynerTalent & VaynerSpeakers, and an all around great guy. This may be the MOST FIRE episode of the AskGaryVee show we've ever had. Besides the call-in's, the dynamic between T-pain and I was on another planet. Hearing him talk about both his highs and lows in life this far is something I think we can all take something away from, knowing that being on the top is just as possible as being on the bottom. really think this clip from #askgaryvee with Tony Robbins can bring a ton of value to you -  you hear Tony and I talk about an ideal we have in common, that we both view the key to winning financially in life as being humble and not buying "dumb shit"... This is supported by one of my favorite original films, really breaking down why patience is the game in long term growth.

This is some of the greatest advice that I could offer to people in their 20s. Please, let this be the one "motivational" video that pushes you to take a leap and take extra risk because if you don't do it, you'll regret it. If I can really get you to understand the practicality of patience, you'd be shocked by the outcome... trust me ;)

To have a winner’s mentality, you have to stop caring what other people think. You’ve gotta get quiet in your own head.

So many people make big life decisions based on other people’s opinions. You care so much about what your mom, dad, brother, or friends think that you’re allowing them to dictate your actions in life.

At the core of it, the barriers so many people have aren’t really about “money” or “time.” They’re about opinions.

It’s the biggest reason so many people are unhappy right now. Because they value someone else’s opinion more than their own.

Once you get past that, life can get real good.
