Mike Vickers was Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (2011-2015) and Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations, Low Intensity Conflict and Interdependent Capabilities (2007-2011) – service that spanned the George W. Bush and Barack Obama administrations. Earlier in his career, he served as a CIA Operations Officer and Special Forces Officer and Non-Commissioned Officer. As the ASD SO/LIC&IC and USD(I), he had a central role in developing our strategy and overseeing our campaigns to disrupt, dismantle and defeat al-Qa’ida and in the operation to kill Usama Bin Ladin. As a CIA officer during the 1980s, he was the program officer and principal strategist for the largest and most successful covert action program in CIA’s history, enabling the Afghan resistance to drive the Soviets out of Afghanistan.
He is a recipient of the Presidential National Security Medal, our nation’s highest award in intelligence. He has a Ph.D. in International Relations/Strategic Studies from Johns Hopkins, an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Alabama.

William (Will) Yeske is a combat veteran who served 11 years in the U.S. Army. He is a serial entrepreneur who brings significant expertise in marketing, IT, and project management. CW4 (R) Greg Coker served 22 years in the U.S. Army, 15 years as an AH-6 “Little Bird” attack helicopter instructor pilot who was specially recruited, assessed, and selected in the Army’s only Special Operations Helicopter unit, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. He was one of the senior Lead Instructor Pilots and planner responsible for planning and executing special operations missions in support of our nation’s most elite special operations units. Achieved 7400 hours of accident free flying, over 6200 hours of Night Vision Goggles and 1500 hours of Combat time.
Supervised and directed teams of up to 300 soldiers in the planning and execution of numerous complex combat operations at the Joint Task Force level. Responsible for leading and planning scores of real world combat missions with significant tactical, operational, and strategic value during Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom with 100% success in support of the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) conducting 11 combat tours 2001-2008.

Mike served 3 years in the conventional Army and was stationed in Korea when the attacks of September 11th, 2001, transpired. At that time, he re-enlisted for service with 75th Ranger Regiment. He served with 3rd Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment as rifleman, fire team leader, and an assault squad leader on several Combat deployments. He was wounded during a battle in Tal-Afar Iraq in 2005 where he received the Purple Heart Medal and the Silver Star Medal. Mike then served as a Ranger Indoctrination course (selection) cadre for 2 years before attending assessment and selection for the Regimental Reconnaissance Company (RRC). While assigned to RRC he deployed countless times conducting low-vis clandestine reconnaissance, and other tactical reconnaissance missions. He has commanded a fighting force of as many as 700 fighters as the senior US advisor. After being promoted to Master Sergeant in 2011, he finished his time as an RRC assistant Team leader.
In mid-2013, he assumed the position of mortar platoon sergeant for 3rd Ranger Battalion. In 2015, he moved to Yuma, AZ where he would be assigned as the Detachment NCOIC of the Free Fall Parachutist course, the NCOIC of the Jump Master course and taught at the Instructor Course before retiring in March 2019.

Born in Farnham, Surrey, UK. Following a divorce from his birth father, his mother Hazel married his step-father, who adopted him and gave him the name Horsfall. A broken family life adversely affected his education, so he left school in 1972 at the age of fifteen and joined the army as a boy soldier. Despite a long period of isolation and bullying by his peers, he became a full member of the Parachute Regiment in 1974 and served three tours of Northern Ireland. In 1978 he volunteered for SAS selection and passed on his second attempt in March 1979. He went on to qualify as a Paramedic and Sniper. He was a member of the SAS counter terrorist team that assaulted the Iranian Embassy in London in 1980, helping to rescue the nineteen hostages who had been held for six days.

With the less than encouraging words that “you’ll be dead in 15 seconds” still ringing in his ears, Doc embarked on an eventful and at times harrowing combat tour that pitted the famed 101st Airborne Division against some of the North Vietnamese Army’s finest troops on the battlefields of the Ho Chi Minh Trail, Hamburger Hill, and the deadly A Shau Valley.
Doc would serve as the head medic with legendary Colonel Charlie Beckwith’s (creator of the US Army’s Delta Force) 2/327th, 101st Airborne Division, Hawk Recon in what was arguably one of the most dangerous jobs in the deadliest part of South Vietnam. Doc also became an unofficial combat artist during the war.

Army Staff Sergeant Aaron Hale was severely injured in Afghanistan when an improvised explosive device (IED) detonated in his presence. Hale, of the 760th EOD (explosive ordinance disposal), served a tour in Iraq and two tours in Afghanistan. EOD technicians are the Army’s tactical and technical explosives experts, who are trained to destroy and disable unexploded ordnance, improvised explosive devices and weapons of mass destruction. SSG Hale’s unit completed 1,100 counter-IED missions, destroying more than 20,000 pounds of enemy explosives. SSG Hale estimates he disabled as many as 50 explosive devices during his last tour in Afghanistan. Gary returns for round 2.  I spent most of my career working in the shadows. While some of my service was spent with large groups, such as the 32nd Marine Amphibious Unit, serving in Beirut in 1982, I spent most of my career working on small teams or alone. We often lived and worked with foreign military units like a Kuwaiti tank unit in the northern desert in 1996. In 1998, I worked alone in Yemen. Trouble spots on my own became my specialty. After 9/11, I launched to Uzbekistan in the vanguard for 5th Special Forces Group and served on several teams in Afghanistan during 2001 and 2002, participating in major combat operations alongside Afghan indigenous forces. Often, my mission was to enter a country to determine if other special operations forces could safely follow and operate. If so, I would develop the situation and make ready for them to arrive. In 2002, after departing Afghanistan, I moved to a mid-Eastern location to prepare the way for the next conflict. Andy was born and raised in Northern California. From the age of 11 he knew that he wanted to become a Navy SEAL, and it became the single driving force in his life. He enlisted in the Navy while still a Junior in high school, entering military service in 1996. After completing boot camp he began the most grueling training program in the US Military - Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL, known as BUD/s. Nearly 90% of all candidates are unsuccessful completing the six month program. Andy graduated and began his SEAL career attached to SEAL Team Five, in Coronado California. In 2002 he screened for and joined the most elite counterterrorism unit in the military, SEAL Team Six. This unit is tasked with conducting the nation's most critical missions, many of which have become the focus of Hollywood movies and books. While on a combat deployment an Iraqi insurgent shot Andy at close range with an AK-47. Doctors told him it would be years, if ever, before he recovered the use of his leg and returned to full active duty. In 2006, Andy returned to the Naval Special Warfare Center as the Leading Petty Officer for 2nd Phase BUD/s training. While completing his two year instructor tour, in charge of 13 senior SEAL instructors and 600 students, Andy submitted his package to become a commissioned officer. In 2008, he became the first E-6 selection commissioned through the Limited Duty Officer Program in the history of Naval Special Warfare. Upon commissioning, he joined SEAL Team Three and completed his final combat tour to Afghanistan. Throughout his 17-year career, Andy executed hundreds of combat operations throughout the world in support of the Global War on Terror. He was medically retired in June of 2013. Frank retired from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) in 2014, which is part of the U.S. Department of Justice, after 25 years of service. The majority of his career was as a Supervisory Special Agent (GS-14). His primary duties were in relation to complex investigations to include undercover operations. He conducted three separate infiltrations of his own into three Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (Brothers, MC, Vagos MC and an Aryan Brother motorcycle club know as the Order of Blood MC). He also worked alongside other agents in an undercover capacity supporting those who were infiltrating the Outlaws MC, Hells Angels MC, Pagans MC and Warlocks MC both as a field agent and supervisor. He coordinated many efforts with other federal, state local and foreign law enforcement partners. He helped to develop and later served as the Special Agent in Charge of the Undercover Branch in Washington DC for approximately three years. He served as an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Coordinator (OCDETF) for the Southeast Region of the United States, as a Group Supervisor (GS) for the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) in Dallas, TX and as a GS in Youngstown, OH for the ATF Columbus Field Division/Field Operations. He served on the USSOCOM training advisory board for Signature Reduction for approximately five years. He also served two years as the Vice Chair for the Federal Law Enforcement Agencies Domestic Working Group as it relates to cover. He served for three years as the DoD/DIA Liaison Officer for ATF working with the Special Mission Units and other Special Operations Forces in regards to Signature Reduction and overseas operations. He developed law enforcement support for the SOF community for their various training venues within the continental United States for over ten years. During the Vietnam War, Dale was a highly decorated Green Beret who served three years as a commando in the famous SOG program, whose mission involved extremely dangerous raids far behind enemy lines. This unit received more decorations and suffered higher rates of casualties than any American unit since the American Civil War. On one of these raids, Dale earned the first of several purple hearts as his right hand was mangled by a burst of machine gun fire. Trident Grill was opened in August of 2001 by Nelson Miller, retired US Navy SEAL. Trident is named after the special warfare insignia that all Navy SEALs wear on their uniforms. Miller was still active duty while opening the original Trident Grill and was called to serve in Iraq and Afghanistan. As a patriot of our country, he answered the call to duty. While serving his country he still had to remain involved in his newest venture. He fell in love with the Arizona desert and culture of the Southwest when doing special training ops in Tucson and nearby areas. Originally out of Maryland, Miller wanted to bring a touch of East Coast flavors and culture to the Southwest. As an avid sports fan, Miller wanted to bring energy and passion to entertain and serve the Tucson local community. The military presence in Tucson was a big factor in his decision and he wanted to have a special place for veterans to grab a beer, eat and laugh together. His trident concept was based on: why can't you go to a bar/pub/sports grill and not have something other than bad bar food!! The East Coast-inspired menu brought items such as Old Bay-dusted peel and eat shrimp, bacon-wrapped scallops, lump blue crab cakes and a special recipe from his grandmother for clam chowder. Adding to that with oversized sandwiches and grass-fed burgers proved to be a winning combination of variety and quality that the Tucson local community came to love. Dale Hanson is an accomplished sculptor who has led a life of adventure and enjoyed numerous accomplishments. He is a black belt martial artist, an author, a pilot of fixed wing and glider airplanes, has flown aerobatics and is a Special Forces underwater diver. He is a disabled veteran and a member of MENSA. During the Vietnam War, Dale was a highly decorated Green Beret who served three years as a commando in the famous SOG program, whose mission involved extremely dangerous raids far behind enemy lines. This unit received more decorations and suffered higher rates of casualties than any American unit since the American Civil War. On one of these raids, Dale earned the first of several purple hearts as his right hand was mangled by a burst of machine gun fire. It is ironic that he became a sculptor, a field in which one’s hands are so critical.
